the property looks so much better than it used to. the room smelled nice upon walking in and the fresh paint was very nice, the wood floors made the room look more modern and it was nice, i was skeptical because of the previous reviews. apparently the boss man has been doing some major changes. the bar on site was cool had had decent prices. the front desk was more than friendly and i had no issues with "traffic" and drugs, very quiet at night. im glad i gave this hotel a chance.

Had a great stay! They have newly renovated rooms with a bar on site. I can also do my laundry at the laundry facility. Very helpful staff all around, especially front desk. Maintenance is there for any problems. Felt very secure, as the cops make their rounds. The manager really takes iniative to help in any way he can and also does his best to get to know all customers. They also have a weekly price that is the best and cheapest in town. Ill be suggesting this hotel to all friends and family.

The location is the only good thing about this place just because it's near everything else, but besides that, this place is foul utterly terrible I would NEVER recommend anyone to go here this place is in shambles and even worse than what it was then, no wonder it's so cheap

Room walls and bathroom was good. Carpet terrible. Dirty, wore out. Furniture cigarette burned. No trash cans. Bed good. First night sheets had cigarette burns. Second night good sheets. Both times clean. Fragrance used to cover previous room odors was terrible. Outside housekeeping is terrible. Lots of trash.

This is one hotel to stay away from. First, the carpet is filthy and matted. As soon as you open the door the grotesque smell " a sweet odor with a smell of mildew shock your sense of smell." The bed linens had not been changed. They were dirty with a foul odor. The room was very dusty and spiders were crawling. When l reported it to the front desk clerk she told me that it was the room they rented to a guy who stay drunk. They gave me another room and it was about the same. The shower didn't work either. The property overall is run down. The lawn has grown wild and the shrubs as well. Not a place to stay if you care about cleanliness.

This place is to bad to rate. Make reservation 2 days before Harvey 2 beds for 3 of us. got there Noon on that Sunday was told I could get to room it only by the week. was told the room available had a couch. Well long story short, only the close on our wet back, I am fitting cancer and have to sleep sitting up. NO couch, old wooden chair 2 towels 2 wash rags 2 small pillows one blanket w/sheet. They would not give us anything that night. No blanket, towels nothing. The maid help us out the next day but spent the next 3 days in bed with fever and very sick. and did not put points on our member ship card.

Hotel is being remodeled right now so appearance is not so great but the owner has gone above and beyond to accommodate me and my special needs.

Worst hotel I've ever been in. The overnight staff worker tried to book is into 3 different rooms, all of which were trashed. The third room had mold from Hurricane Harvey. He then argued with us about giving us a refund and laughed at our wanting clean sheets. Never attempt to stay here. It's a waste of time. I had to demand a refund and almost threaten violence to get it.
