Best Western Corpus Christi Airport Hotel

Very clean and everyone was so nice. The breakfast was great. The pool are is very beach vibe I loved it. The beer tap self serve was a different experience that we enjoyed! Only down fall was we only had 2 towels and one wash rag in our double queen room.

I had an amazing one night stay in town visiting family, we loved Roxy at the front desk working super hard to check us in Early. After a long 6 hr drive she communicated accurate timeframes for when our room would be ready, & worked with maintenance to get a new microwave to make sure everything was on point for our stay. Super shoutout to Crystal who did an amazing job each morning delivering a delicious breakfast-and making us smile on our last day back home. Lastly the Cleaning lady had the lobby shining and smelling fresh , we definitely will stay again- Lexus & Eli

Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Breakfast was excellent. All staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. My dog has never been anywhere and could not get past the service carts so staff moved everything and let us through. We were always asked if we were good or if we need anything to let them know. The room was a little beat up. There was water damage to the ceiling and it was not properly repaired, one bed slid back and forth and there was existing scratches on the wall paint. The bathroom door would not latch shut. The shower curtain barely fit causing water to spray out. No ventilation and the humidity was horrible. Last but not least the pet fee, my dog was charged to stay for 2 nights. He didn't shower nor receive breakfast. He had his own blanket and pillows. I understand the policy and deposit but pets should not get charged to stay per night. Everything was perfect especially staff warm friendly welcome and all but i feel the pet policy is horrible and building maintenance should step it up. Thankyou for a comfortable warm stay and we can't wait to visit Corpus Christi again. We'll definitely be back at Best Western

The lobby bathroom is AMAZING. Smells great, lots of spots to hold things, very clean, full body mirror, amazing lighting. UNLIMITED TEAAAA. The tea and coffee available 24/7 was extremely nice. The breakfast is very good lots of good options. Room service is very fast. Rooms were very clean. I didn’t pay for this so I don’t know what the price was like but considering the spot (it’s kinda ghetto around here), the hotel is very nice.

Rooms were clean, I got a non smoke room and it was great. Kids loved it. Breakfast was better than I thought, I was impressed with the variety and cleanliness. Not far from beach. Affordable as well. Will come back again to this hotel next visit.

As a Best Western Elite member, I expected better treatment, but this hotel was a disaster. Late checkout is strictly enforced at 11 AM—no exceptions. The room was miserably humid, making the floors slippery and unsafe. Instead of offering a real solution, the hotel runs a loud dehumidifier all night, making it impossible to sleep. The thermostat was useless, and when I brought it up to the front desk, they just told me not to touch it, even though the room was freezing. To make things worse, there’s no bathroom fan, so the moisture keeps building up. Overall, a terrible experience—I wouldn’t stay here again.

The guest service were amazing...knew their hotel. The nonstop slamming of doors and hearing EVERYONE walk by all night long made my 3 hours of sleep I got here not awesome. I had to turn the TV just to drown out the rest of the noise. If you don't plan on sleeping...it's a fine hotel. If you do like sleep I recommend AmericInn. The best sound proof rooms around!

My daughter and I drove from the Houston area to attend the Creed & 3 Doors Down concert on 11/12/24. I chose this Best Western hotel because 1) I enjoyed my stay in their San Antonio location. I was there for a concert as well 2) this location is perfect. It's by the freeway and close enough to downtown and concert venue to use Uber 3) good reviews with photos. I love the high ceiling in the lobby. It gives an airy, spacious, and bright ambiance. The contemporary interior design is eye pleasing. Every element (color, decor, furniture) harmonizes and complements each other. The front desk has a very nice "Welcome to Corpus Christi" mural. I love the amenities like the Starbucks coffee maker (which was great after we came back very late from the concert). Our rooms and beds were clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The ladies at the front desk always had a smile. I enjoyed the hearty breakfast, especially with the Texas shaped waffle I made with chocolate chips. I will stay in this Best Western hotel when I visit Corpus Christi in the future.
