We stayed there for two nights , the front desk people very helpful and professional. The location is great , lots of restaurants to pick around the area. We love the room , but only complaint is that the shower wasn’t clean . Other that , everything was clean and smell great. We will be back soon .

Good location. Staff was very nice. We loved the available filtered water by the elevators downstairs. The shower leaked all over the floor. Nothing like getting your socks wet when it’s 35° out. Having a fridge is a nice touch as many hotels are doing on a request only basis. The vessel sink is definitely a sign of the times. They look nice but very unpractical.

Overall, this place is excellent with just a couple of exceptions. Elizabeth is absolutely the best, always professional and kind. There’s also a newer team member at the reception (she joined a month or two ago), she’s doing a great job as well and brings a pleasant energy to the front desk. The only downside is the gentleman working night shifts, he appears disengaged and rarely smiles, which can affect the otherwise warm atmosphere. Additionally, the chef (a lady often seen chatting at the front) tends to give off a less welcoming vibe. On a few occasions, particularly in the early mornings, she’s made comments that make guests feel uncomfortable, such as murmuring when someone approaches the breakfast area. It’s a bit off-putting. Aside from that, everything else, from service to comfort, has been spot-on. With a few adjustments, this place would be near perfect.

LOUD, the bar across the street plays music loud until 2AM (on a Weds). Loud enough to hear the words clearly. Hotel does nothing about it, even when the front desk is called. Male night clerk was unaffected and hardly apologetic; giving a half-hearted “Sorry, they close at 2AM.” No attempt to correct the situation or offer ear plugs. The lack of responsibility on the hotel staffs part is astounding. As a hotel, your job is to make sure your guests are happy and have a pleasant stay. Maybe this location just doesn’t care to have repeat business, as most people traveling during the week are business travelers. Hotel is clean and in a good location but showing wear and tear. The comforter is almost non-existent. The service would be better; My conditioner was empty. Room phone and safe didn’t work. The shower leaked into the toilet room. I can overlook everything but the reaction by the front desk. Makes me question returning, if they are going to be so unaffected about the guest experience. I don’t want to be woken up at 1AM and have to suffer horrible music for an hour because the staff does nothing.

I want start by saying the front desk workers are amazing will do anything for you . Both evening and morning front desk people went above and beyond to help me . I was very impressed Emmy was amazing she was very help in helping and done everything she could do to help in finding a coffee pot for me . Cynthia was amazing went way beyond the call of duty and wanted make sure I was pleased with the hotel ran out to my car just to double check to make sure everything was resolved . Because the extra effort Cynthia put in I will be back . I think she should be a manager that is for sure she is customer service oriented. Great place to stay pool table nice bar steakhouse across the street good food. Do not pass this place up the front desk will make you feel like you are wanted

I stayed at ALOFT for 3 nights this week. It was exceptionally clean and the staff was super friendly! I highly recommend visiting Amber down at the bar, she was fun and attentive, with great restaurant recommendations. My last night there was a group of teens staying in the hotel. When I went down to grab silverware and mention the noise in the hallway, Amber was already on her way up to quiet them down. Someone give that girl a big raise! :)

Experienced Aloft traveler, Must say, one of the best! Amber at the bar, kept everyone happy, extremely knowledgeable drink master & the staff are ‘Johnny on the Spot’ (look that one up young ones). If only it were on the beach. I’ll stay again. Very clean rooms and hotel.

Rooms looked like any other Aloft. The entry door did not have a striker plate, so did several other rooms, the door would not shut tightly. The bath floor tiles were loose and in need of grout. The entertainment in the bar area, while appreciated, was too loud for an empty room, and he should have stayed away from singing Alice In Chains "Rooster". Drinks were reasonably priced.
