SpringHill Suites Corpus Christi

We have stayed many times at this location and never had an issue till recently. Mobile Check-in awesome, go pick up my key and the lady was rude at first, when she asked if I was a member her attitude changed. We were in town to celebrate my birthday with family and all I did was pick up my key and head out, I did not check the room because I never had an issue before. We didn't arrive back to the hotel till after 9pm and all we wanted to do was shower and go to bed. The door to the bathroom made the most horrible screeching noise every time you opened it or closed it. The handle to the bathroom door was broken inside so it was very hard to close the door. Nobody advised us that once you turn on the shower the tub would become a slip n slide, my mother could have been badly hurt if she would of fallen. None of the bottle for shampoo, conditioner or shower gel were full, 1 opened roll of TP and no tissues. We stayed for 1 night and paid over $100 just to be told by the Front Desk Manager that we should of asked for maintenance and we could of asked for a shower mat (how were we supposed to know the tub was a slip n slide) and who in the hell wants maintenance in the room after 9pm when all you want to do is lay down and rest. When I told the front desk manager do I need to speak to someone higher than you, her response was go ahead and she laughed, which told me they don't care, she thought giving me 5,000 points was going to make me happy. I also emailed the GM and she still has not reached out by phone or email.

Very friendly staff and clean. Only reason I am giving 4 stars is the pillows are tiny and when we asked if we could have 2 extra they said they dont have any also didnt want to give us 2 extra towels. Bed was a little hard for my taste but the room was clean. No control over ac and was a little chilly. Breakfast was sub par not alot of options but at least you can get something. Close to activities!

Enjoyed our stay here, rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was good if a bit crowded, it was spring break so that's probably to be expected. Indoor pool. The CCS charger even worked despite looking old, put my F150 Lightning on it and charged to 100% overnight, got 5.8 KW charge rate.

Looks nice and new and clean. Upon taking elevator up to 2nd floor it was very hot in the hallway. I never experience something that before. Ice machine didn't work. Had to go back down the hot hallway and downstairs to get ice. They DO NOT serve any breakfast!!! Worst place ever for the price in that area of city.

While staying here for a work trip I found a roach in my shower; not a huge deal since the door was closed and it was trapped but still kind of gross. I will say the customer service presented by the gentleman working was great.

Good location, staff cordial, elevator smelled of spilled beer. Despite me informing staff, nothing was done about it. Room was clean but strong modly odor. We checked out next day and into another spot. The bar was not in operation.

It was great!! The check-in was very easy. Their breakfast is so good. They were absolutely no problems.

Clean and modern hotel. Suite was in great condition. Carpet, furniture, bath, beds seemed very new. Blackout curtains appreciated. Glass panels on desk rattled badly when walking around so we had to move them. But nice desk. It was not possible to watch TV in sitting area without disturbing sleepers due to close proximity and no wall. Frosted glass door to bathroom meant restroom users wake sleepers with bathroom light. Shower door would not close due to settling. No coffee or tea or water available in lobby outside of breakfast hours which was big disappointment since machine in room doesn't get very hot and doesn't taste as good.
