Seems like a new hotel but is already showing the age/stress of a hotel that’s been around for years. The elevator was down which caused the people to wait for several minutes going up and down. The breakfast was “meh” at best. The positives were the rooms were spacious and the hotel towels were quite soft compared to other properties. I’ll more than likely give this place another try next time around.

Joseph, the mixologist on the weekends is amazing! He asked what kind of liquor I liked and I told him to surprise me with a drink. He made me two awesome drinks back to back. You can tell he is passionate about what he does and cares about the presentation of his work. His vibe is also spectacular! Go see him!

Joseph, the mixologist at the hotel bar can craft outstanding custom drinks while delivering great service to everybody. He was very knowledgeable about the area and made the evening stay at the hotel relaxing. Outside of the bar, rooms were clean, and facilities were well kept. Would stay again.

This Marriott is one of the most visually stunning locations I’ve stayed at in the U.S., but unfortunately, the beauty is only surface deep. The building itself is so poorly constructed that getting a good night’s sleep was impossible. During my two-night stay with my family, we could hear everything from the room above us—every step, every movement, every bit of noise. It was as if there was no insulation at all between floors. The constant disturbances made for two completely sleepless nights, and it became clear that the walls and ceilings were made from cheap, thin materials that do little to block sound. While I did bring up the issue with the front desk, the real problem isn’t the staff—it’s the building itself. A hotel of this caliber should have been built to provide at least a basic level of comfort and soundproofing for guests. Instead, it feels like corners were cut in construction, leaving guests to deal with noise that no amount of customer service can fix. A beautiful hotel means nothing if you can’t get any rest. Very disappointed.

The bathroom was covered in hair when I arrived. I requested a cleaning from the front desk, but when I returned two hours later, the room was still in a similar condition. When I asked for a different room, I was told it would require an additional charge—which was unacceptable given that the issue was caused by the property. The front desk staff became defensive, insisting they were addressing the problem by sending housekeeping again. Ultimately, the assistant housekeeping manager, Jenna, personally ensured the room was properly cleaned, but it took far too much effort to reach that point. Disappointed with the initial response and restitution effort.

Agree with previous reviewers about the bad construction and workmanship. Very sad for a new hotel to look like it's an older property. It's like the stuff was installed with no quality control or inspections whatsoever. Marriott needs to do better. Our floors were sticky and I had to clean them myself with disinfectant wipes. The bathroom was grimey and I almost fainted seeing the dirty footprints around the toilet. I cleaned those too (with gloves) and that filth needs a steamer clean because it's still there. I felt better knowing I cleaned it but we still wore our shoes in the room. The shower caulking was coming off, saw hair that wasn't mine and there were chips in the shower base. I mean come on...this is a new property and it's already in this rundown condition? Nope, it's shoddy work and Marriott still opened this property knowing that the work was substandard. My shower leaked too so we placed towels to capture the water flowing into the floor. It's never a good sign when you have to clean your room yourself. Zoom into my photos for the shoddy workmanship. Room has modern decor and bed, bedding were decent. Too bad the floors we dirty. We stayed in room 423.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with two queen beds on the second floor - this hotel was fantastic! The space was beautiful, the room was spacious, clean, and well-stocked, the amenities were even better than described and the breakfast was perfect. Our stay was very quiet and peaceful with hardly any noise even though it was a busy weekend. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

Put happy people in the front desk and I bet you’ll get more 5 STARS. They are the ones dropping the ratings. We really enjoy staying at this hotel. We’ve been here a couple of times but the only complaint we have are the front desk people. They make it so uncomfortable when checking in and out. They don’t smile, they drag their feet, and they slouch like they don’t want to be there. Other than that the rooms are very comfortable and their pool is a relaxing spot. Breakfast area is spacious and clean.
