Our company has used this hotel for statewide testing the last several years. I am always so impressed with the staff. They are very welcoming and accommodating. Their breakfast is excellent! Each and every staff member from the manager, front desk, chef, to the custodial staff is exceptional!

We're only here for one night so we are going to deal with it but from the elevator to the room it doesn't smell very pleasant. I would have stayed closer into Dallas If I knew the condition of this hotel. I do have to say the girl who checked us in was super sweet. I didn't catch her name but she was really nice.

It’s a one night hotel, not a week long stay. Stayed a week, room was never completely refreshed. Bed not made once. Had to ask for coffee and towels. No coffee in the lobby one morning. Asked to have my room cleaned, they said yes. Gone all day, it never happened.

There where issues with my room key but when the housekeeping lady saw me struggling to open my door. She very quickly asked if I needed help, she called the front desk for approval to open my door. She informed me that they have been ha ing issues with some of the cards and that someone will bring me a new one. I did not have to go down stairs. I was very happy 😀

We visit town this weekend. The service and cleaniness was very warming. The staff qas very polite and accomdating which can be rare. Two things that were annoying was three treadmills that dont go over the speed of 1 and Old Glory(The United States Flag) twisted up and hanging on by one snap link. It totally look in distress. Although these are couple small things they noticeable by patrons. Especially our flag which is a staple. I hope the flag can be fix or replace since its inexpensive. -Military Vet

Be sure you know what you are getting into. Booked the hotel through the call in number. I asked if they allowed pets. I was assured that they do. We stayed checked in, stayed the night, and several days later we were charged an additional $225. I called to inquire why and was told that the charge was for the pets. At no point during the booking process was a pet fee disclosed. I called to ask for a refund and explain that my pets were ESAs. The person on the phone denied my request stating it's not his problem because it's listed on the website. If you have pets avoid this hotel. You will be charged as much if not more for them to stay as yoanyeerefor the room without being told a word.

Our experience with this hotel was fair. When we arrived at almost 6 pm, the front desk wasn't sure if our room was ready, when check is at 3 pm. Our room was okay, very spacious, but just okay. We had wallpaper in the bathroom that was welting. The caulking around the shower was peeling. The shower handle was wobbly. We found a few bugs hanging out (not roaches or spiders). The part that really got my husband and I was the workout room--none of the treadmills worked completely. We could not increase the speed on any of them. My husband was told that they were waiting on parts....looking back at the reviews, one from a month ago said the machines were down...soooooooooooo! He also said the weight machine had a screwdriver in the part where you select your desired weight. Get those machines up and going, some people like to use them when they're on vacation. The service staff at the hotel was great. We got towels when needed. At breakfast, the staff spoke and was very helpful, even provided my husband with sliced cheese.
