GLō Best Western Dallas South DeSoto

First of all the breakfast was wonderful. They had really cool waffle machines that make waffles in a couple of minutes, and they had chocolate chips that you could put in them. They had a large variety of other foods you could eat as well such as eggs, toast, bagels and cereal. The room was very clean and spacious and the bathroom was also very nice. The shower was spacious as well. The bed was comfortable and we had a nice tv. The rest of the hotel was also very nice looking, and they have a couple of computers downstairs where you can get on the internet if you need to. We didn't even use the spa or the fitness room because we were only there for one night, but it looks very nice as well. All of the staff was very polite and respectful. This is where we will probably stay again when we come back into the area.

We had a great time.We come down about 4 times a year. To spend time with our grandkids. *Every time we come our hotel experience gets better and better, Such as hospitality at the front desk is awesome. *The spar water is just right. * The breakfast food is perfect. *The carpet is clean. *The smell Throughout the hold hotel scent is awesome. *Outside lights are well lit. What a great pleasure to stay here and not have to Concerned about anything. Thank you guys for I delivery on a awesome experience for my wife and I because we are coming from out of town.

Straight to the point!!!Rats, Rats, and more Rats at this location. I made the staff and management aware of larger than life rats hanging out in the parking lot and they did not care that this was a traumatic event for me. I asked to cancel my room and they refused to do so without waiving the fee. Customers, be aware of this location and avoid it at all costs.

Directly off of I-45, close by shopping area in town, very friendly, and helpful. BREAKFAST BAR IS VERY GOOD AND FRESH. CHECK OUT at 11am is great. Rooms are very roomy and in style. Love the shower perfect shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The hair blow dryer Is awesome worked really good. The beds are so comfortable, the sheets are the best. The room is very clean and fully stocked. No problems checking in or out. Parking was ok need to upgrade. Elevators worked great. Stairs checked out. Pool, workout room. They all have upgraded lighting, USB friendly. They also have computer, all in one printer, internet worked awesome.

Please submit review. Luxury feel at affordable price. Clean rooms and common area, nice breakfast and friendly staff. We had a fantastic stay. My kids loved the place and we’ll definitely go back. I highly recommend everyone to check it out.

Spent 2 nights here. Lots of road noise so I'd you are a light sleeper you're better off in a back room. Noise doesn't bother me. Rooms are nice. Mine had sure formica loose on the bathroom sink stand. Rooms were clean on arrival. Employees are all nice.

Stayed at the GLO best western hotel recently with my family. They have amazing service and super friendly staff. The place was clean, cozy, and felt like home. Had a great time there. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

We used the hotel for a birthday party. The room space is nice. But the air conditioner did NOT work. We had almost 50 people in the room for a 75th birthday party. We had to go home to get fans to cool off the room since the majority of our guests were over the age of 65. We had to use the hotel lobby as well for a cool place. Edit of my review since the hotel responded: The meeting room was not cool upon entry at 2:00 PM while we were setting up for the party. We notified the staff and the response was to lower the thermostat in the room. At that time, no additional doors were open or needed to be opened. However, as guests arrived we had to figure out ways to make the room comfortable for the event.
