Don't be deceived! These pictures must be 20 years old!! No pool, no restaurant. Everything is closed. Rooms are dirty. I had toothpaste spatters on mirror and used shampoo packet in shower. Carpets are worn and dirty.

This hotel is horrible! The management as well as front desk are poor in service. The management is hostile with His words! His name is Fascile and the front desk is Ahkile. The manager threatened me as well as called me out of my name because I requested to have my money back. There are absolutely no cars in the parking lot of this establishment. No a single one besides mine while I was outside taking photos. The are on some sort of tax scheme and refuse to take card payments only cash! Please STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Took them an hour to get me a key card that would work on two different rooms. Then the rooms were not very clean and one of the tv remotes didn't have batteries and neither one had the backs to them. House keeping didn't even make up the beds, they left us clean towels on the bathroom counter I'm guessing it was too hard for them to put them on the shelf right next to the counter. Kids were running around all through the hotel at all hours of the night and hotel management did do anything about it even after we asked them to. So don't waste your money staying at this hotel!!

Where should I start?! First, the pictures online are VERY deceiving! The elevator very dirty. Once you get off of the elevator we noticed the carpets either need to be cleaned or totally replaced. The hallways are muggy/hot. Once we walked into the room we notice there wasn’t a security lock, the bathroom door has a huge dent/crack in it as if someone almost put their fist through it. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. The night hadn’t been cleaned so there was something spilled on it from another guest. The carpet needed to be cleaned. The curtains we’re old and dinghy. The guests across the hall were very loud music, slamming door etc. If I could give 0 stars I would… DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Will never stay here again. There’s only one small elevator that goes slower then a mule in the summer time. Second the pool and hot tub were out of order as well as the indoor play ground which is why we picked this hotel. No hot water to bathe my kids, room wasn’t cleaned, low water pressure took the toilet forever, fridge kept going out, apparently the floor was cleaned that’s why it was soak and wet. The pull out bed mattress look like something they pulled out the dumpster had no sheets, pillows or blanket and when asked for some they didn’t have any blankets and said you have to get the sheet down here.

Horrible! Don't wait your time or money! Service was slow and rude. Rooms were still dirty! My daughter's room bathtub still had pubic hair throughout the tub. We reserved 2 (renovated) king size bed suites. The mattresses were so old they both sagged in the center. The ceiling tiles are old and stained. The rooms were 84 and 87 degrees when we got in. The TV remotes had no battery covering, my daughter's room TV turned off and would not turn back on. Tables were used for nightstands, handles were missing off the drawers, carpet was probably still the buildings original and was flithy. The restaurant was closed. Bar doesn't open until 4pm. We had rowdy neighbors. I was woke up at 1230 am and only got them to quiet after I yelled at them just to be woke again at 0330. Yet, according to the front desk there are no visitors and quiet time is 9pm. Obviously, that isn't enforced! Try at your own risk!!

My company uses this motel when we are in the Dallas area. I read the reviews and got a lil scared. I don't know where all these negative reviews come from. The staff were all awesome! It was clean everything worked accept the pool was closed( bummer). A few things could use a coat of paint but overall I was impressed. And the elevator does make some noises that concerned me at first but I think it's just an old elevator. For the money it exceeds expectations. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the pool was closed. I'm sure what ever is wrong with it they will have fixed soon.

Can tell this was a really nice hotel back in the day, but the lack of the owners putting funds back into building for upkeep is close to being a "slum lord". Building had an slight odor almost like years of cooking trapped in walls. Reservations were messed up, (didn't get the handicap room my mother needed), unchaperoned children running amok all over hotel. No a/c in hallways and portions of lobby not cool. Our bathroom door would lock you out, water almost up to your knee before you finishing showering, phone did not work and was told they were having a system problem. ( same with using credit card machine at desk). Breakfast was fair, but stop advertising "complimentary" when you are asking for a dollar for each day per person. Omelet station was closed every day of our stay & restaurant was not open during the hours stated so the Waffle House received our business. Inadequate staff(at front desk), guy working in restaurant getting breakfast together was also cleaning the parking lot at night. Elevator very slow and stop working on check out day so we had come down from 4th floor with 4 suitcases (some luggage belonging to my mother) and 2 small children. Thankfully my mother didn't come back up after breakfast. With her mobility she would not have been able to walk down the stairs. I gave it 2 stars (1 star) because the beds were very comfortable although the covering were thin and they had no blankets & the 2nd star because I read some of the reviews prior to booking and still booked. ( the rate was reasonable and I was on a very tight budget). In town because of a very special family function but this has taught me to stay home if I can't afford decent accommodations
