La Quinta - Hawthorn Extended Stay - DeSoto/Dallas

Aesthetically speaking this hotel is to perfection, but what tops off beauty are standards. I would never return here for the following reason. Milan, the night and only manager for the facility, blatantly was prejudice and racism against myself and my family. Not only was he rude, unprofessional and arrogant, but he was careless and lacks every bit of tact and respect for individuals. When asking for a solution his response was basic and shrugged his shoulders at me carelessly. As a paying customer (which had been paid in FULL BEFORE my arrival) his attitude and service were beyond unsatisfactory and unacceptable. With Wyndham behind the name of this gorgeous hotel, it is a shame that they have such poor customer service. Milan should NOT be managing a facility where he cannot provide services for the customer. Sadly enough this situation will prevent me from going back here. Customer service SHOULD be key.
