Stopped here on a long road trip with our very young kids, to get to our room we had to go past an open celining leaking water onto the floor and into buckets, leaving the floor soaked and smelling, not safe at all. It was quite but otherwise the stay was horrible, the room smelled and was poorly stocked the bedding was visibly stained, and i was also told that only two of my children would not be allowed to eat breakfast because I did not purchase a second room even though I made the reservation prior and no issue was mentioned, to put in perspective my four children are under six, so they would expect our 6 & 4 year old to have their own room on another hallway away from me overnight instead of having our baby sleep in his pack and play and the one child with me and the other two on the second bed in my room since I got a room with two beds for this reason. The breakfast area was dirty with chairs still stacked on the tables that were sticky and clearly not been cleaned. Breakfast consisted of cereal, a gallon of milk, oatmeal packets but no hot water and three bagels as the available options as everything else was empty or out of order. An employee was helping them self to the last bagel while doing things around the dinning area, I asked the employee if they would be refilling any of the options and was told no because they did not want to make anything before breakfast closed, however it was 8 am and breakfast is open till 9:30. The stock room was visible from the dinning area and I could directly see cases of food such as muffins available but none were placed out as an option and the employee made it clear she was annoyed I even asked about the food. This employee was the manger. I then watched multiple other customers enter the breakfast area and leave upset at the fact breakfast was advertised and there was no food. Same with coffee. No coffee and I was told they were not be making more due to it being almost over. With over an hour left of breakfast time. We left immediately after. Would not stay here again.

Overall comfortable stay for a good price. Friendly staff. They kindly showed us the room at our request before we committed to staying. The $50 cash deposit was a little unusual, but returned promptly at checkout after a quick room inspection. The bed was comfortable. There were a few things that needed small repairs/updates, which they took note of. We were appreciative of this lower cost option ($99/night before taxes and fees for single bed room) while we were in town for a wedding. It was still just a short drive to the restaurants, similar to one of the other groupings of hotels that many other wedding guests stayed at. Near the highway, but I did not notice significant road noise at night. Simple continental breakfast available in the morning with the usual waffles, cereal, bagels and muffins, biscuits, sausage patties and little scrambled egg discs. Coffee available at all times. They do need to have their outside electric inspected as the parking lot lights were flashing like crazy. I would stay again if I needed an economical choice in the area.

I make the caveat that this is a moderately priced hotel and cannot be compared to more expensive chains/hotels and I didn't expect to. Given that caveat, this hotel has some positives and some negatives. Positives: The room was very good, clean, new (or almost new) carpets with no wear and tear - I literally felt it was OK to walk barefoot in the room; furniture relatively new and in very good condition; the bed was very comfortable; three pillows per bed (though not luxurious); free Wifi; bathroom was very clean and no signs of patched over repairs. I was treated well at check-in/check-out. The Negatives: the bathroom was a postage stamp - very difficult to negotiate getting around the toilet to the shower/tub; the elevator looked like it needed repairs - the buttons in the elevator did not light up and you had to guess if it would open on your floor or a different one and it made noises that were a bit scary; the vending machines (only in the lobby) were in a bad state of needed repair - the ice machine did not work; the soda machine dispensed warm bottles of soda; the buck passer did not work (quarters only); for breakfast, you won't starve - it has the usual moderately priced hotel free breakfast - the hot food tray had sausages and biscuits that were good but the egg-like substance was horrible - the waffle maker made the waffles in the shape of Texas - a small selection of pastries and cereal were available

Overall, I did not have a great stay, but I will write an honest review. First the good parts: The employees are all very friendly and polite, and the rooms themselves look wayyy better than the outside of the hotel looks. I was pleasantly surprised! The bathrooms are absolutely spotless, and the bedroom is very tidy. I didn't go downstairs for breakfast during my stay, but it was included free of charge. To top it off, it is extremely quiet here! Now onto the bad parts: The day I had checked in, I went to the very sketchy elevator to go to the second floor, and there was a large bag of trash on the elevator that smelled like a dead body. A bad sign to start with, but I was willing to suck it up for the next couple of nights. The following night at about midnight, the parking lot was practically empty (aside from my car). I was on the second floor in my room looking out over the parking lot. A truck pulled up right next to my car, and there were three people trading things. It looked so weird and suspicious, I just stood there trying to figure out what was happening. It took me a minute to realize what had happened: I had just witnessed a drug deal. At that point, I was done and ended up checking out a day early. The rooms themselves were amazing and the staff were friendly, so if you do choose to stay here, please be keep your door and car locked at all times just to be safe!

Quality Inn was an exceptional stay. The lady at the front desk (Marsha) was always friendly and greeted me warmly every time I passed by. The hotel service was top-notch, catering to all my needs efficiently. What I appreciated most was the peaceful environment, allowing me to read without any disturbances. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for anyone looking for a quiet, well-serviced stay.

Stains on comforter that appears to be feces. My daughter and I checked in to this property for a night. I always remove comforters because hotels seem to not clean these often. When I went to the front desk to ask for another set of sheets the receptionist went to another room and brought one back that appeared to have urine stains instead. We were beyond disgusted.

Customer Service is horrible- the worst part of it all - i woke up at 3 am to hives all over my body due to bed bugs. I tried to get a refund but the manager of the hotel said because I stayed there he couldn’t refund me. Unacceptable- I was up since 3am and I had a conference to attend at 6 am!!! My roommate woke up with red blotches all over his body too- I should be granted a refund for the bedbugs but the manager won’t do it- I called corporate but because I booked through a third party I was told he can’t. I called the third party and now I’m waiting to see if I’ll be granted a refund for the infestation of bedbugs

The toliet back wasnt set. They ask for $50 for the hold which is unusual. Once arriving in the room it smelled like a gym locker room. At check out they charged $25 for staining on the sheets. The "staining" was on one pillow and it was make up. They should have a proper cleaning routine that would easily wash it out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. They are scaming people.
