Worst customer service with very poor hotel policy. I have booked our stay with my family and chose the free breakfast option. Upon claiming our breakfast I was told that our room does not include one although it is being shown on the receipt from booking.com that it has free breakfast.The staff said that booking.com is tricky on the breakfast part. So we informed the receptionist about what we have booked and gave us only 2 coupons just for adults, kids not included on the breakfast. So I showed the coupon to the lady in the bistro, she said that only 1 person can be given breakfast despite having 2 breakfast coupons and we are told that we can’t order the same meal as well after the 2 adult coupon was sorted out. Like 2 coupons and can’t order the same breakfast? And kids not having a free breakfast as well? Can you please fix your policy about this? We are tired and hoping for a very good stay and only be disappointed with this. Its courtyard by Marriott and I didn’t expect with this kind of policy and service.

Positive: The staff was welcoming, patient and attentive to our needs. Negative: Not able to have a restaurant or food services available or delivery. We arrived late and were hungry, did not know the area and were not able to order something to eat. The rooms did not have some of the amenities shown in your advertisement.

Not sure if this place is trying to scam customers or what their deal is. My mom stayed at this hotel for work and received a cleaning fee for smoking. This is the picture they sent as “proof” that she was smoking a “cigar” in her room. Definitely not a cigar and she did not have a kitchen in her assigned room. Legit looks like someone’s house. Hopefully they aren’t doing this to others.

Rooms were clean as well as lobby. Entrance is kind out narrow so use the next street down the gateway by the RR tracks and come in the back way. I was disappointed but the gym. Every one of their treadmills was still out of service and they were this way since November!

The tall lady with the orange hair was helping us at the front and she seemed very inebriated or mentally not there as she was being very rude. She also smelled like alcohol and kept stumbling over herself. Very unprofessional environment with her.

The food service part wasn't up to par particularly for the prices. I don't mind paying for what I'm getting but it better be worth the price, not in this case. Everything else was pretty good and luckily there were plenty of restaurants, bars and entertainment nearby.

Positive: Staff, it is very Clean Negative: Very noisy. O could hear people from next Room and the hallway. Could not sleep very well. Not good at all. The hotel bed was not very good, felt old and bland.

We booked the hotel through expedia, but they cancelled our reservation and did not let us check-in. The frontman said they don't have any available rooms for us and had to cancel it. Our family had to find different hotel in the middle of the night. Expedia bill still shows the booking fee charged. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
