I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff is very sweet and friendly. The front desk staff is always so welcoming and make you feel that you’re at home. The cleaning staff does an amazing job and respectful. Special shout-out to Britney for always keeping my room very pristine. The kitchen staff is always making sure that everything is set up so guest can have a good breakfast and clean lobby. Elena is the best when it comes to making the breakfast!

Disappointing for the price point. Room has an odor the moment you walk in. The iron stained my shirt. My room was not serviced during my stay. Laundry room had only one out of six dryers working. Staff was very pleasant and helpful but the hotel needs investment for the price point. Location is ideal but for a hotel that promotes its proximity to the airport, a shuttle would have been nice.

As this place has a good location. The older lady at the front desk who called herself the manager was very rude. I was supposed to spend a year at this hotel but couldn’t spend a week. I did spend an unbearable month because I didn’t want to go elsewhere and have the same or different issues. My company paid for my room but I put my credit card on file to pay for my puppy. These people were taking money from my credit card daily for room, my puppy, and parking and charging my company credit card at the same time. Even though parking is free. When I first addressed this with the manager she was shouting at me and wouldn’t let me explain what was happening. I told them I am putting my bank card on file and taking off my credit card due to the everyday and frequent charges. I requested that they cancel my credit card on file. After I did that they started taking money from both my credit and bank card and also my company credit card. The day I was leaving I showed the lady who said she is the manager every money they took and how much they need to refund. Until now they still owed me over $300 because they are thieves.

I stay in many Marriott's in my travels. The Towneplace Suites El Paso Airport is top notch! From the check-in with Evelyn to check-out with Thad, 21 night stay was fantastic. Four personnel really out did themselves making my stay the best I have had in a while. The housekeepers Nancy, Adriana, and Brittany were the bomb. My room was consistently attended. Chris, providing my breakfast made each morning pleasant. Overall though, every employee treated their guest like VIP's. It truly was an amazing stay. I highly recommend.

The room was decent, but unfortunately, our A/C wasn't working properly. The room was very hot at night. We were only in the room long enough to sleep for a few hours a day. We were charged $10 a day for parking (which is not disclosed when booking online). We couldn't get the internet to work. Also, we were told that upon checking in, we wouldn't receive room service. We've stayed un many Marriotts over the years. I'm very disappointed in this one

Excellent customer service from the front desk to the housekeepers. Wonderful service from the lady serving breakfast. Breakfast supposed to start at 6 but she starts earlier so people who start work early get fed. Rooms are clean and modern. Housekeepers are ready to bring whatever you need when you ask. Great stay.

I recently booked two rooms for eight adults through Hotwire, expecting suitable accommodations based on the booking description. Upon arrival, I discovered that each room contained only a king bed and a double sofa bed, which was not sufficient for four adults per room.||When I raised the issue with the front desk, I was told they couldn’t change the rooms, even though the hotel had availability. I then spoke with the manager, Dora Marin, who was not only unhelpful and very nasty but suggested we book an additional room at full price to accommodate everyone. Her response was unprofessional, and she ended the call abruptly when I tried to explain the situation.||Adding to the frustration, one of the sofa beds had a stained mattress that appeared to be blood, which was completely unacceptable. After bringing this up, we were offered another room—again with a king bed—despite the hotel being nearly empty. Hotwire confirmed that the hotel wasn’t meeting the reservation terms and offered to assist with finding alternative accommodations or issuing a refund. Unfortunately, we were already settled in due to our early flight the next morning.||The management here is unaccommodating, and the overall condition of the rooms is subpar. I would strongly advise looking for other options. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this hotel.

Absolutely disgusting. Rooms never got dusted. Literally wrote on a shelf the date (as it was dusty when I arrived), and for the two months I was there, it was never dusted. Rust marks over the mouth of water fountains, mold on ice machines, insect feces over the curtains, all dryers busted... In general, I'm likely never going to stay at another Marriott chain hotel if they're anything like this. I filed a complaint, but all they did was award me points, and rush to fish the dryers. Not what I wanted! I just wanted it to be cleaner! This is hopefully a better encouragement to do better. Staff was very kind and I do wish them the best, but let me tell you that I refuse to repeat the horrible stomach illness I got there...
