Great location off I-10. I have to say this was the best and cleanest Home2 we ever stayed. All of Home2 we stayed in the past had big cleaning standard issue. Only one issue: the kitchen didn’t know how to mix pancake batter. The batter was very watery.

I don't know who the heck is giving this place four and five stars but it is looking very very tired... Practically every wall I saw had marks all over it from the luggage carts. I mean seriously, you cannot look down any hallway or the areas around the elevator and see how beat up the walls were. This is a basic maintenance procedure to keep the walls looking decent and this hotel fails miserably.

Had a great stay here at Home2Suites in El Paso, TX. Third time staying here. The location is perfect—right near I-10. The front desk staff was friendly and professional, check-in was smooth and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, exactly what you’d expect from Hilton. One of the best perks? 12 PM check-out! Every Hilton should adopt this!!! The free breakfast was also a great touch. The only thing that really annoys me is paid parking. I do understand the business side of things but as a consumer I don’t accept it. In places like Hawaii and NYC I will understand the paid parking situation. In El Paso I think it’s unreasonable. But ogh well, I am an Honors member so it was free.

I stayed there for 6 days on May 2024', and I liked it very much!!, is quiet, no kids screaming, near to the airport, with transportation, my room and bathroom were very clean, the only disappointment was the sofa, with holes and stains, but they told me they were ready to change them in couple of days. I love the suite because has everything, the mini kitchen is perfect, fridge, microwave, sink, dish soap, utensils, so I went to Target to bring couple of groceries and storage them on the fridge. They got good breakfast downstairs, elevator with key, all the employees are very polite, the lady that clean the rooms too, super sympathetic, if I got back to ELP definitely I will go back to this hotel. And the pool needs more privacy, anybody of the parking lot outside and street can see you taking the sun, NO GOOD. 😏

The room comes very clean and comfortable, the room services does a very good job and helps the stay very easy. The front desk is very nice, and helpful. The hotel is very clean and serves breakfast with different verities. If i could give above 5 stars I would!!

We’ve stayed at many Hilton hotels and this was by far the biggest disappointment. The hotel was in poor shape. It began when we walked in and there were guests in the lobby cursing and yelling. It was not a fight but a loud, seemingly alcohol fueled discussion. This isn’t fault of the hotel staff, but they should’ve asked them to move their conversation to another place. My child was with me and it’s not what I wanted him to walk into. Cleanliness of the room was severely lacking. There was mildew in the shower and around the perimeter of the kitchenette sink. The shower door did not close so I had to shower one handed, swapping out so I could keep the water inside the shower and off the floor. Every single bed (pullout included) had holes in the sheets, bottom and top sheets. Breakfast can hardly be called that. There’s no fresh food- it was only gas station style warmers with frozen precooked meals. I did not eat that, so I have no comment on the quality but it looked unappealing. This stay was so bad that I canceled our H2 stay in the next state we were driving to. Very disappointed in this Hilton experience. Will not be returning to El Paso or another H2.

We selected this hotel for an overnight stay to break up our road trip to Dallas. We found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was hot. Breakfast the following morning was more than adequate. A variety of eggs, breads, juices and plenty of hot coffee. We would definitely stay at this hotel in the future if our plans called for such.

I had a wonderful experience at the Home2 Suites by Hilton El Paso Airport. The location is unbeatable, just minutes away from the airport. The suite I stayed in was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean—offering plenty of room to relax and work, peaceful night's sleep.|The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options to start the day right. The service at the front desk was welcoming and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. A special shout-out to the Chief Engineer, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay—outstanding service!||This hotel has become my go-to place whenever I’m in the area, and I can't wait to come back. Highly recommended!
