A emergency situation happened to where I needed to get a hotel room for night. I booked through a third party because it is cheaper and my funds were limited. Apparently I booked a room that was an accessible room (guest that use a wheelchair). When checking in I was told that they couldn’t allow me to use the room since it was reserved for guest that use a wheelchair only. Which I completely understand point blank. I then was told that if they wanted to check me into another room it would be an upgrade charge. I asked them if they could just check me in but give me a different room regardless if it was downgraded (king bed to queen bed). They stated they couldn’t do that because in the system it has to show that if I booked that room then I should be checked into that room. Again I completely understand for lots of reasons. Since my booking was non refundable the only thing they could do was to charge an upgrade for another room. Which I then asked what would be included in the upgrade and they said it would be the same room no upgrade just a room that was not reserved for guest in a wheelchair. Which I thought I’m sure the system would allow a room change without the need to charge an upgrade. But I paid the upgrade which was fourteen and some change. The reason I bring this is up is because if everything in the system has to match correctly why was I assigned room number 341 but on the receipt (which I had to ask for) it shows room number 336 (see pictures below). That’s basically doing what I had asked if they could do that in the first place. So I feel the upgrade charge was just redundant. Then I was told there was a deposit fee, which I wasn’t aware of nor did the third party notify me until after I had already booked (I only noticed because it only said that on the email they send after you book the room, so I guess that’s the third party’s booking fault or mine). The only reason I mention the deposit is that they told me when I check out they would send someone to the room to verify everything was okay and I would get my deposit back. No problem. Once the morning came I went downstairs to go and let them know I was checking out and that the room was ready to be inspected and I will wait here until they were finished. The front desk associate, which was the same one that checked me in the night before gave me the okay and said I would be getting my deposit back. I still haven’t gotten my deposit back and looking at my banking statements it went from pending to cleared. I don’t understand, I know I didn’t damage the room in any way. They inspected it and gave me the okay that I was getting my deposit back. So I’m confused and I feel like they were charging me every little thing they could charge me for (The room “upgrade”). I understand that this hotel is know for criminal activity taking place, and that they are trying to change that to which I am completely in favor of. But charging guest just to rack up the bill and keeping the hotel deposit when you let the guest know they would be getting it back is definitely not the way to be doing it.

Well, you get what you pay for. That is exactly the case with this place. If all you need is a hot shower and a place to lie your head at night, this is the place for you! It's right off the highway, so it's noisy as heck. I stayed in one of the rooms facing the highway and barely got any sleep. I'm not sure if the rooms in the back were any better. If you have pups, you can walk them around the property. Just please pick up after them. There was poo everywhere, and quite a few stray cats. Just a heads up, there is a $25 pet fee per pet / per night. The website does say that this location is oet friendly, but I don't remember it mentioning the fee. The rooms were decent. I had a few issues with mine, but the management was quick to offer me another room. On the plus side, you are sandwiched between Wal-Mart and McDonald's and within walking distance of many other food places.

Its newly refurbished and renewed, looks great! And they didn't increased the price. This hotel it's for shopping or just a stop in the way, please consider the pool it's not working, since almost no body use it, they emptied it. So consider that in your calculations. And the other thing is that there is no longer available the breakfast they used to have, since it was full and complete, now it's only coffee and some cupcakes in the office, no tables, also consider it. Other than that I must say the staff is great, kudos for the guy that helped me all the way to the third floor, so nice and kind. 💯

On Saturday evening when my sister and I arrived around 7pm after a 15 hour drive we were given a room that had a frig you could not plug in, no remote for tv and a filthy bathroom that we had to place a towel in the tub to even shower. We went to office and one of the employees came with extension cord to plug frig in and remote and we were promised by management that the room would be cleaned next day. After coming back to the room around 9pm Sunday our room was not touched. Went back to office no apology but moved our room so we had to pack up and move our stuff. If this had not been prepaid I would have left right then and there. The management at front desk is rude and has zero customer service. I will NEVER stay at another Days Inn because of my experience here.

So I said alright open the door and was rude stating this is not your home. Hospitality and customer survive are out the door at this place. I did not recommend anybody to stay at days inn . Just check out the photos. My peeps this place sucked.i didn't speak line this but that's how bad it was. No big pimpin hear. Like always stay vigilant God bless much love. RBL RMX

Positive: Very friendly front desk gentleman every time I book here. Great location and nice property. Negative: The door could have been insulated and protected better as well as the window.

Owner (the usual suspect) asked me if I had a pet. I said no. He replied, "ARE YOU SURE? YOU'LL GET A FINE IF I CATCH YOU WITH A PET." I was taken back, so I said, "You're welcome to search my car. Want to do it?" He kept silent and walked away. Unbelievable. Why even ask if you're going to immediately accuse me of lying after I answered?
