I’ll start by why I’m giving this place a 4 star review. This hotel has a very mediocre gym setup. It’s very old outdated equipment jammed in a small room. The AC doesn’t work in this tiny gym so it stayed 78 degrees during the times I worked out. I wish hotels normalized gyms being nice. Other than that this hotel is absolutely great. They have the best hotel breakfast I’ve had at a Hilton. They will make you an omelette fresh every morning and they never disappoint. The front desk staff are some of the nicest people I’ve encountered. They are always eager to help and show the utmost respect. They are very professional through the entire process. I’ve added some pics of the washer machine situation as I didn’t find any. It costs 2.50 for the wash and 2.50 for the dry but the staff has quarters downstairs and there’s an ATM near the front desk.

I visited an acquaintance who was staying at this location and the rooms were very spacious and well kept. The overall appearance of the facilities was very good. I did not experience the service my self but he said it was good. Overall the facilities are very nice; however, he did say it was rather expensive (although I did not ask for specifics). There are some places nearby to walk to but in general you would need a car to get anyplace worthwhile; although, there is an IHOP next door.

Was impressed by my room at first walk in. Woke up because the AC wasn’t working and instead just blowing hot air. Upon going to the shower I noticed that the previous occupants wash rag and bar of soap were still left in the shower along with their boogers that were flicked onto the bathroom door. Was disgusted with my room. Staff is nice but this was unacceptable. The gym is okay at best. The tv is behind the treadmills for some reason. They have water in the gym as well which is nice…. But no cups. If you have a front facing room then expect to listen to people racing up and down the highway all day.

The staff was very courteous, however my room had a weird smell when I laid down in bed. The smell was concerning and when I tried to figure out what it was I found a condom wrapper beside the bed. Completely grossed me out. The front desk was helpful and moved me immediately which did help somewhat.

Definitely an older hotel . As a Hilton honors member , we normally stay at the Hilton or Double trees , but decided to give this location a try after a positive experience at an embassy in Las Vegas. Pros: compliment drinks & complimentary breakfast , indoor pool & hot-tub that seemed quite popular , was able to check in early & front desk attendant was very nice & happy. Cons: room didn’t feel clean , found a pill on the floor , some of the surfaces were sticky, bathroom was small & poorly lit , the water in the shower went down slowly , stained toilet and ended up finding an empty pill bottle on the floor in the bathroom . Pull out sofa seems like it was overlooked when being cleaned prior , there were hair strands all over & the room smelled like an old smokers room, the door made a loud clunking noise when opening / closing. Not sure if all the rooms are kind of in the same shape, but I was tired and cold & just kinda dealt with it.

It has a beautiful lobby, but the rooms have traces of oxide and salt when you don't clean properly also small details to renew painting etc..etc.. ihop at 10 feet away is a great perk.. in general it's a great choice.

Honestly, this hotel mostly just needs an update. It looked like they might be working on that since the top floor was closed off and had plastic sheeting around it. Oddly, they lock the front door at night. Totally locked. You have to go around to a side door to get in, and those require a room key. The parking lot was rather dark and looked a bit sketchy. I was nervous leaving my rental car there. The breakfast and all the breakfast staff was very good. It's an Embassy Suites, so the rooms are suites with separate bedroom and sitting area, which is great for some families, so that's something to consider.

Great location between the airport and downtown El Paso. The front desk staff, bartenders, and morning breakfast crew were all great. I recommend the special chicken fajita omlette fresh made to order! I loved the Halloween themed decorations throughout the lobby and hotel, made it more festive.
