NillIf you’re looking for something affordable this is a great location for that. The bed was comfortable. The room was really nice! Only complaint I had was there was no hot water in my room.

NillNever stayed in a room where the owners thought it was okay to walk in to my room at 7 in the morning randomly without knocking, stare at me while I’m trying to wake up and telling them to leave, then continuing to stare for nearly a full minute before walking away without a word. This was a disturbing experience without even considering the broken bedframes, family of roaches under one of said bedframes, and complete lack of hot water/unwillingness to either fix the issue or provide alternative accommodations. For over $100/night with tax and fees included, any traveler unfortunate enough to be referred to the Executive Inn would be better off sleeping in the road.

NillHello, reader! Were you driving through west Texas when your car broke down, and now you’re considering staying at this hotel across the street from the mechanic? DO NOT. HERES WHAT YOU DO. Stay at either the La Quinta or the best western. There is one Uber driver in Fort Stockton, and she will take you to and from the mechanic. Don’t stay here. You will not sleep. They will come in your room while you’re sleeping!! This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We stayed one night in room 131 for $102 dollars. Three people and two pets (cats). We were on our way to Marfa when our car broke down. We towed the car to the mechanic and spent one horrid night in the hotel across the street, the executive inn. At the front desk, the lady told us some pet fee math that didn’t seem to add up, but we were distressed at the time and just wanted to get our stuff put away in a room. Our tiny beds were poorly place atop metal frames and teetered up and down if the weight distribution was off. The linens were clean and the tv worked. We found roaches, live and dead, while trying to center the beds atop the frames, to no avail. Upon brushing my teeth, I discovered the hot water wasn’t working. I ran the faucet for a couple minutes but never got hot water. Later on we discovered the situation was the same for the shower. The folks at the front desk said to run the water for a long time, but that didn’t work for us. Around the wall AC unit is a gap in the drywall that could easily be filled with spray foam. Instead it’s been left open for the cold west Texas wind to flow through. The AC isn’t automatic, it’s either on or off. AND NOW FOR THE MOST DISTURBING PART OF OUR STAY. I’d read from other reviews that some guy on the hotel staff likes to barge in to your room without knocking early in the morning. Like around 8. Unlike most hotel rooms, these have no way of preventing your room from being opened by someone while you’re inside. They also don’t have do not disturb signs. In anticipation of the hotel guy doing this, I tried to surround our door with suitcases to prevent our cats from running out, and to hopefully wake me up so I would know he was there. Hey, maybe he likes to watch folks sleep. Sure enough, the hotel dude came in around 8:30 am. Thankfully all three of us occupants woke up and yelled at him to get out! Honestly, the invasion of privacy bothers me less than the fact that he knew our pets were in there, and he could’ve let them slip out and run into the busy street. If I ever stay here again, it will be in a hazmat suit and with some rented pit bulls to handle the job if someone decides to barge in and watch me sleep.

NillWhat a horrible and disgusting place. Cockroaches, no hot water, and they’ll barge into your room while you’re sleeping. (WITHOUT KNOCKING) We stayed here while getting our car fixed when we broke down in Fort Stockton. This place needs to be reported to the BBB for multiple violations. Did I mention the hotel workers are very aggressive and rude?

NillWe stopped here overnight on our way back to Las Vegas. Pleasantly surprised at how modern and clean the rooms are! The motel is an older one - but the room we were in #110 - was clean and had upgraded flooring, beds, sink and vanity, tub/shower with rain head. Room has nice TV with cable, free wifi, refrigerator and microwave too. Coffee maker in room. We had 2 queen beds and they were great! Very nice east Indian owners. For the price it can't be beat! Definitely will stay again if we are coming this way!

NillI got stranded out here waiting for part’s to come in so the mechanic across the street recommended this newly remodeled room’s. Rooms were clean microwave & fridge. I wish they would put a safety lock inside room’s. The manager opened my door at 8:30am n said “sorry “ he tried opening my door once before around same time. The cleaning lady open the door once & tried to open door twice! 😡 Check out time is 11am! Wtfreak man! I didn’t really trip because I meet them before check in. They ware nice, then that happened!
