Candlewood Suites Fort Stockton, an IHG Hotel

We stayed at this hotel while driving from San Antonio, Tx to Sierra Vista, Az. The room was large and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and provided a good nights sleep. Wish the TV was a little bigger. I also wish they offered a room with a King sized bed. But those are minor wishes, the room was well worth the price and we will definitely stay there again in our travels between Arizona and Texas.

This hotel is easily accessible from interstate 10 however you do not hear the freeway at all! The room was clean and smelled nice. The dishes and cookware were already in the room. There were large bottles of soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower and nice linens. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

P was so helpful in getting me booked the night before my stay when online it said no availability. I called and she got me booked and even upgraded me to a nicer room. She even called me back to tell me she had upgraded me. The room was awesome!! Thank you.

This hotel in Ft. Stockton, TX was a good pet friendly hotel. It was in need of some updates and maintenance but the staff was friendly and helpful. Room AC fan was noisy and couldn't be turned off. The bed was firm and not comfortable for us but it's hard to find a bed more comfortable than your own. Location was good. Eady on and off I-10. We were disappointed there wasn't breakfast. But there's a McDonald's less than 5 minutes away by foot.

Upon entering the room it was very warm and the A/C would not turn on. After being asked if I knew how to operate an A/C unit and assuring that I did then the front desk person agreed to come “check it” after doing the equivalent of kicking it and saying “sometimes this happens” and blaming management for not replacing the units. We wound up staying at a Hotel in basically the same parking lot and had a great experience!

We booked a room with two queen beds and when we got the room key found the room open and untidy in a mess. However, the lady at the front desk assigned us two single rooms at no extra cost. She also offered an apology and some free drinks. We slept well. The rooms were clean, but the outside of the hotel was quite dirty and the trash cans were full of trash. The look contrasted with hotels on either side of other brands.

The quality of the room was great. Have everything that you need in the house, my family. Was small and loved to be there? If anything I would recommend or add would be if the parking lot was just a little bigger

I walked in and right away the friendliness of the staff put me at ease and from there my stay went perfect. I always check the room before unpacking and I found no issues with the cleanliness of the room. Great staff.
