NillWow, I had a great stay here on my travels. The front desk click was very pleasant and kind. My room was amazing! It was pretty quiet and I’ve got a great night sleep!

NillSuper customer service I have to say first. Our room was spacious and suitable for our needs. Close to many amenities. Love the indoor pool area which is viewed from our room. Blessings for the new year!

NillI wish I could give this place 0 stars. It is the DIRTIEST hotel I have ever stayed in. Floors were packed with dirt, hair, crumbs, and stains. Had to wear shoes everywhere you walked. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Filthy beds, I found several hairs on the bed a long with stains. The beds were also covered in little bumpy things all over the surface of the mattress. The room stunk. Stains of you know what on the head board. Literally found food on the floor of the kitchen. I could go on and on. Everything in this room was disgusting. Broke down vehicles in the parking lot. I don’t know why there is so many good reviews. I literally never write reviews but I did this to warn everyone. Please please please don’t stay here.

NillWe were able to park right in front of entrance to our room and walked in to a pleasant room with a small kitchenette/tiny sink, table, 2 double beds. As you cross the room there double glass doors taking you into the Atrium, which has a pool and jacuzzi, workout room. Very nice and relaxing environment.

NillI was going to book online through booking.com or Expedia, but, I have always been told to book via main website. I did this time and the price was double than either one of the 3rd party sites. If I would have known this, I would have saved 200 bucks. Service was pretty much non existent. I called about a month prior to my stay to book. They didn't ask for my card to reserve or anything. 3 days prior to my stay, I decided to call to verify the booking. It was verified. When I checked on, I noticed my email wasn't stored on the screen. I asked about it and they said it didn't matter. Well. If this was for a business trip, it would have mattered. If I knew the price was going to be 2 times as high, it would have mattered. Beds are comfy, but the walls are pretty thin. Doesn't have carpeted flooring, so be sure to have house shoes. No elevator.. Bad stairs. My wife has bad legs with metal in the abd barely can climb any stairs. They said they didn't have connecting rooms on bottom of floor... Which I doubt that is true. Location was OK. Right next to the Walmart. I should call and ask for a partial refund due to the overpricing. I'll go elsewhere that is lots cheaper next time.

NillThis place is a hidden gem! The rooms are clean and spacious- ours was a real suite with a kitchen. We stopped in Ft Stockton while driving an EV across Texas due to charger availability. The Atrium has a level II Tesla charger, but the Walmart (5 minute walk) has CCS1 fast charging. We didn't explore Ft Stockton (due to long driving days), but the Atrium had lots of TV channels to veg out to. But the real surprise, and what puts this place in a league of its own, is its namesake: a massive indoor atrium in the center of the hotel. There's a (very large) swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise room and more. And the whole area looks like an enchanted forrest. You really need to see it to believe/understand. I should have mentioned that the staff is friendly and helpful, they offer a nice breakfast, and even have a guest laundry. We will definitely be back!

NillThe room was adequate for what we were looking for for the 1 night while travelling through. But the bathroom needed some maintenance. The swimming pool was OK, but didn't try the hot tub as there were already 5 people in there, but they seemed happy.
