Embassy Suites by Hilton Houston Near the Galleria

I recently stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton Houston Galleria, and I loved every moment of it. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a modern and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly professional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I don’t remember every but Mr. DJ was really nice and the young lady from New Orleans. My room was spotless and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable environment. I especially appreciated the peaceful ambiance, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. The food at the hotel was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options that satisfied all my cravings. The drinks were also great, with a well-stocked bar offering everything I could want. It was a real treat to enjoy a nice meal and refreshing beverages without leaving the hotel. While I wasn’t a fan of the parking fee and the daily incidental fee, these were minor inconveniences in an otherwise wonderful experience. I loved this place so much. I didn’t encounter any negative experiences, and I hope my future stays are just as great as this one. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

I stayed here in February of 2024. The hotel is dated but I didn't mind. Only one elevator was working, but it didn't seem to slow things down. The staff was accommodating. Breakfast was fresh. The fitness center was clean. I used the treadmill.

So we have stayed at several Embassy Suites And this one definitely takes the cake of being the worst. First of the staff is great. They are working their tails off but there are not enough people working. The pools are dirty and garbage is not picked up. I do not blame the staff. There are just too few people working. The blame is on the management of this hotel. You could just tell that this hotel is not managed properly.

We stayed here late March 2025. The hotel is in need of updates. The pool and hot tub were not clean, the hot tub was brown. Our room smelled of sewer all 3 days. When we reported this to the front desk the response was, yes we have had complaints of this, here is some air freshener. Overall, the room was ok again, needed updating and wall repairs weren't done well. The positive was the breakfast, everything there was great.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough great things about DJ at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Gallery Mall! From the moment we arrived, he made us feel right at home. I've visited this hotel about three times with my family, and each stay has been exceptional because of DJ's amazing service. Our final destination is always Galveston, and while we could easily get a room there, we choose to stay here because of DJ. Even with an hour drive to the beach, his warm welcome makes the extra travel worth it! His welcoming demeanor and genuine kindness really set the tone for our visits. What truly impresses me is his attention to every single detail; he goes above and beyond for the guests. It's rare to find employees in the hotel industry who are not only willing but also genuinely dedicated to providing such outstanding service—and DJ is a true gem. This hotel has seen better days. It is in desperate need of updating. The headboards on the beds I'm in has tears on them, the sofa is dingy, and the tub in the bathroom has rust in it. The room itself is basically clean. The tvs also need to be updated. What major hotel is still using dish? All of the rooms should have smart TVs by now. The thermostats are also outdated & not user friendly, which leaves the room a bit stuffy. The host at the front desk was very friendly & welcoming

I don’t not recommend this hotel for several reason but the main one is vehicle theft. In the early morning of May 10, 2025, while in town for a college graduation, my aunt here brand new GMC truck stolen out of the parking lot. This location has a security guard but he claims he saw nothing with only half the parking around the building open for guess. Meaning guess could only park in the front and one side of the building. I could not believe the hotel had no cameras at all. Honestly the whole thing sounds suspicious as I’m writing this.
