Hilton Garden Inn Houston/Galleria Area

I usually only stay at Hilton brand or their sisters and brothers but it was nice the only issue I had was the cost of parking and that the front desk staff did not recognize me as a hilton honors member even after I stated it. And we were supposed to get breakfast complimentary with the stay and didn't get the voucher. Otherwise great as usual.

Myself and wife stayed in this hotel recently for six nights. The hotel itself is in a good location and has all the facilities you require for a business or pleasure trip to Houston. Plenty of restaurants nearby, you could walk to the Galleria Mall. The staff in the hotel were exceptional, the room was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was delicious, special thanks to Mr. Gael for providing excellent service at the breakfast restaurant (Garden Grille Restaurant & Bar). Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great location for our men's golf trip. Secora and the rest of the team were outstanding in enduring we were taken care of during our stay. Based on the service, I actually added one additional day to my stay.

A very good stay overall. My room felt a little dated with run-on shower but otherwise solid. The people were very friendly and breakfast good. Location is hard to beat in the Galleria area. Thanks for a good stay.

Nice hotel in downtown but they charge you with everything. $25 for parking which they do not state when booking on the website and breakfast is not included in the price an additional $17. Water is $2 in the room. Is this Vegas lol? For the price, the hotel can easily make breakfast free but they want to charge paying customers more than they already have.

I was in town for the weekends visiting for a friend’s birthday. This hotel provided a quiet and comfortable space for me to work remotely. I was not disbursed by other patrons, if you are staying on the weekend you may hear some noise in the morning more so from children. Breakfast service was great, yummy pancakes and stuff. The staff from day to late night were very helpful, I really liked that they had a parking garage that was monitored by cameras. Whoever owns the hotel and parking garage needs to consider adding charging stations for electric vehicles. It would have been nice to charge my vehicle during my stay where I would have to travel around the city to do that.

My wife and I needed to be in Houston for one night with business the following day. The location of the Hilton Garden Inn fit our needs perfectly. We walked into the lobby and asked about availability and price, they had a suitable room available so my wife went on line and booked it through a third party in order to save some money. After several minutes of waiting, the confirmation never appeared on the Hilton's side from the third party's booking site. We got customer service on the phone and this is where Hilton's Joshua stepped in. Hilton Garden Inn's front desk clerk Joshua spoke for several minutes with the customer service agent from the third party booking site. The booking never came over and probably wasn't going to. Joshua offered a "Plan B". As my wife spoke with customer service (a-whole-nother story) I spoke with Joshua. He honored the cheeper rate, gave us a voucher for breakfast, and took care of all of the details for us. He really stepped up even apologizing for the screw up (though he had nothing to do with it) even though it wasn't a Hilton issue. The customer service didn't stop there! The following day, we set out to take care of our business but there was a bit of a glitch and Joshua came to the rescue AGAIN. He was able to give us a late check out and even printed some documents for us as the tablet and printer in the tech center was rebooting. Joshua was customer service focused the entire time. He was amenable, friendly, offered solutions and options as we navigated through our business "hick-ups". It's people like Joshua who are able to work with customers, finding solutions to issues and ensuing their stay is as pleasant as it can be. Thanks to Joshua for focusing on our needs and making our stay less stressful.

Second time staying here as close to our daughter’s university. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and breakfast is very good. Loved our early morning cold water dips in the pool followed by the hot tub. Excellent value for money.
