The hotel is beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. My room was clean and comfortable. Checkout was quick and effortless with Felecia. Looking forward to my next stay here. There’s a cafe and restaurant in the lobby with varied options.

Overall stay was just average for the price that we paid. We’re not ones to post negative reviews and it takes a lot for us to complain. However, the executive lounge was our biggest problem on the trip. We visited the lounge multiple times throughout the day and there was trash in there each time we came. It’s like there was no housekeeping in that area. We saw the same trash sitting there for a while on the tables. We also were looking forward to getting the $50 gift card to the mall and that’s why we booked the room in the first place. Once we checked in, we were told they ran out of gift cards, but they did give us a $50 credit to our room. Upon checkout, we also didn’t get our night credits. I had to call corporate for them to add two extra nights to my account as we stayed a total of four. If I didn’t do this, we would’ve never gotten the extra credits. We stayed here many times in the past and had good experiences. However, this was a little different. We probably won’t go back. God bless.

OK, so this is a really nice hotel. A lot of prominent people stay here when they’re visiting in town. Their secret is asked for the penthouse. It’s not on the website. If it’s an off day, you can score a really nice room presidential style the room that has a staircase that leads up to another room. It’s really fun if you can score that room other than that very professional very high maintenance. The restaurant is nice. The valet is amazing. I cannot speak enough about the ballet. They are topknot here this is Area and they keep it very clean so check it out if you’re thinking about staying hereI

Great experience from the very beginning. Was welcomed in and as a Bonvoy member, he made sure he gave me a late check out. There’s a destination fee in the room charges, but you can use that fee for $15 at the restaurant each night or in the little section where you can get drinks and candy and other necessities. Also, for each day was given a ticket that I could use in the coffee bar, which you could also use For top-notch cold press drinks. The dinner’s were very good. I especially like the pork chop with the sweet potato purée. Highly recommend! I did not find the hotel noisy at all like some are when you’re in your room. oh and I almost forgot about the gym. Best gym that I’ve ever been to in a hotel ! Mostly everything that I would use in LA fitness and the cardio machines were great. Highly recommend!

One of the best stays this year - perfect location, wonderful food and staff, and LaToya in valet was amazing getting me to/from my conference each day. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool with the skyline of the city. Can’t wait to come back next year!

I’m a business traveler. Bad experience, barely slept. Mobile check in didn’t work, so they gave me a “better room” for free, which was a corner room. It’s a loud hotel: the building is old, the hallways are small and it’s on a busy street. You can hear everything in the hallway. My ceiling was creaking all night from the person above me. There was a loud bang in my ceiling every 30 minutes through the night. The shower was dirty and there was what looked like a contact lens on the floor. The couch had a big stain on it. It took an hour to get water bottles sent to my room and they only brought them after I called a second time. The rooms aren’t even as nice as most Courtyards. I wasn’t familiar with the area it’s in so I can’t knock it for that, but it is a busy area with loud cars and sirens.

Loved this location. Our events were rained out one day and we just walked across the street to The Galleria. Excellent sized room with comfy mattress and comforter. Clean and updated. Would definitely stay here again. We ate at the Stray Horse. I also got a coffee from the little shop inside. All good! One of the best gyms available. Couldn’t say that loud enough. Plenty of cardio equipment laid spaciously and even little stretching areas for small yoga classes.

Everything worked fine, great location,bed was very comfortable, bathroom is elegant and food was nice. Special mention to complementary transportation,Latoya who kindly drove me around, great driver, nice conversation and impeccable suv to get to restaurants with class.
