Our stay at Comfort Suites DFW Airport was okay overall. The lobby had an odd smell when we first arrived, but the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The biggest plus was the airport shuttle—it was on time both for pick-up and drop-off, which made our travel day much smoother. The vans were a bit older, but they got the job done without any issues. Decent option if you need a quick stay near the airport with reliable transportation.

We stayed at the Comfort Suites before our flight to Tampa and the hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained. They staff was amazingly helpful. So we decided to book at this hotel upon our return to Dallas. Our flight was delayed until the following day and although the policy is a 48 hour cancelation, they graciously cancelled our reservation without charge, due to the flight issues. I highly recommend this hotel. Not only for the reasons mentioned above, but also for the convenience to the airport, park and fly extended parking and the buffet breakfast.

This spot is chill! Smells good, feels pretty clean, and the housekeepers are very friendly and accommodating. The front desk is ALWAYS doing their best to meet your needs, I selected the wrong room choice online, they quickly made sure I was able to get my desired room. I “re-booked” two times during our stay to extend our visit and they once again, quickly accommodated to make the transition easy on our end. I stay at SEVERAL Choice Hotel products, since I am a rewards member, and I have to say, that comfort and hospitality exceed my expectations compared to most others in its league. Thank you 4700 W. We reserved a parking spot through the way services and this location looked like a great deal. However, after making a reservation on 5/28/2025 for 6/13/2025 we were stunned that the front desk informed us that their parking was full. The whole point to using a parking service reservation system was to make sure a spot was available at the appropriate time. The front desk was no help other than saying, “just submit for a refund through way services”. As all other lots require a one hour advance notice to save a spot and most lots were full, we had to park in the airport garage at a much higher rate. Will definitely not recommend this place based on customer service.

I stayed at Comfort Suites DFW Airport for an overnight layover and it worked out great. The airport shuttle was super convenient and arrived quickly after I called. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean, spacious, and surprisingly quiet given how close it is to the airport. The bed was really comfortable, and I appreciated having a sofa and desk to relax and get some work done. Breakfast in the morning was simple but solid—just what I needed before heading back to the terminal. Would definitely stay again for a short, stress-free stopover.

I do not normally stay at budget hotels like this … but when my AA connection was missed on a night flight, things where the airline put me. I ALMOST declined the comp and booked a room at the Grand Hyatt. This Comfort Suites more than met my needs. First, and foremost, it was immaculately clean. Everything in the room worked. The bed and sofa were comfortable, the AC was excellent. The room was as well appointed as one could desire: Microwave and fridge, two televisions, the included breakfast was more than sufficient, and the shuttle service ran on time! What more could you ask for an airport hotel?

This is a horrible hotel. We were forced to layover in Dallas and had to find something fast, our first choices were sold out. We knew the room was not much 110.00 bucks but we did not expect it to be such a worn down, gross hotel, with horrible front desk service. As soon as we walked in I knew we had made a mistake but it was midnight. The front desk guy was not nice so okay we got it long night. We walked into our room and it stunk, old musty like it use to be a smoking room, just awful, the bed was okay, but it felt like mold was all around and the sheets had a awful smell....they were clean but it was as if someone sat on the bed and ate greasy food. We were too tired to move. The next morning our wake up call never came (okay we set the phone alarm) but wanted a back up. Then our 4:55 shuttle was full and we had signed up for it so they told us to wait for ten minutes and we waited for over 20, almost late for our check in. I must say the drivers were super nice and helpful. Do not stay here it is just really a gross experience. This is the first negative review I have ever written. Beware of this place.

Let me begin by saying I never stay in Comfort Inns or Suites bc they are typically disgusting and grody to the max; however, AA made me miss my connecting flight due to sitting on the tarmac 5-ever (longer than FORever) so they gave me a voucher to stay in this rat trap - plus a $12 airport meal voucher. Umm what can you get for $12 in the airport? A bottled water? Sorry… I digress… back to the review of the roach motel that is The DFW Comfort Suites… First, to get here, I had to board a nasty shuttle van that delivers (unsuspecting ?) guests to a number of even rattier motels such as Super 8 and Motel 6. I longingly watched the Hyatt van and the Fairfield Inn shuttle come and go while waiting for my third world chariot to arrive at the airport shuttle stop (C27 on the lowest level of the airport next to construction- not clearly marked or explained by anyone.) Once aboard, I found a filthy single seat and enjoyed the metal rod poking me horizontally across the middle of my back for the duration of the ride. The hotel is 3 miles away, but the driver circled through the airport not once or twice, but FOUR times, stopped EACH TIME, got out of the vehicle walked around and got back in before actually getting on the road. This all seemed very suspish and it didn’t help that the foreign lady in the front kept frantically barking out - WHERE IS THIS? WHAT HOTEL?! While flailing her AA comp ticket at the driver. Her saintly and patient hubs just patted her each time saying “Not yet” while scrolling on his phone. Once I arrived, the lobby wasn’t bad, so I sort of got my hopes up. There is complimentary coffee and hot water for tea, but the water was cool to the touch. The desk clerk told me to microwave it in my room. Gee thanks. After a brief, yet dirty, elevator ride I was on the 2nd floor. Once the doors opened, I saw the carpet was worn and damaged at the seam. On the walk to my room, I passed a cleaning lady cleaning rooms at 8:30 PM - WEIRD! I entered a pitch dark room that seemed ok at first, but upon further inspection, I noticed the toilet was not clean. I lined the seat with toilet paper as if I were using a public bathroom. I wanted a bath after a long, stressful day, but I noticed some remnants of blue liquid in the tub. I rinsed the tub and put a towel in to sit on bc I didn’t trust sitting my pristine fanny on the potentially dirty porcelain. While sitting there with the toilet at eye level, I noticed the accumulation of dried (?) urine around the base of the toilet. Then I noticed the chunk of a dark brown substance on the floor. (Are you thinking what I’m thinking?) I tried not to gag. I toweled off with a very scratchy and dingy looking towel and became entangled in a foot long piece of hair that was clinging to the fibers. It was like walking into a spider web. I frantically tried to extricate myself from the offending piece of some stranger’s pelt and quickly snatched another - hopefully hairless- towel to finish drying off. At this point I was exhausted , so I crawled into sheets that seemed clean, but as I lie here, I’m thinking they have used lye or maybe fiberglass to wash the sheets bc they are extremely itchy. I keep feeling like microscopic varmints are parading up and down my appendages whilst I type this review. In conclusion, if you are young and dumb without a lot of hotel experience, are broke and thankful for shelter, or the type who likes a little filth in your life to keep you humble, you will love this place.
