We stayed here for a layover and were very impressed. Getting the shuttle was a bit of trick, but the instructions made sense once you got them sorted out. The shuttle driver were great. Don’t forget to tip them. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was quite good. There is a Denny’s near by and the hotel does offer food there as well.

Room not cleaned on 2nd day. Breakfast cold 1 hour after opening. Key card didn't work for 2nd night. Would strongly recommend finding a different property tha practices better hospitality. Though hotel is very up to date, the basics were sub par.

The property shows signs of wear. I noticed a cracked sink in the bathroom, and the shower tiles were loose. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was basic, with limited options. The staff was generally helpful, but there were instances where service could have been more attentive. If you need house keeping services you need to tell them in the front, they never told me that up-till the next day I found out they didn’t clean the room and refill the toilet paper. Overall, it’s a decent choice for a short stay if you need to be near the airport, but there’s room for improvement.

Stayed for a layover flight and in terms of the shuttle it was a little hard to coordinate and took bout 30 mins for us to be picked up from the airport. The service at the hotel was quick and nice enough, very quiet. There’s a 7/11 and a Denny’s which is convenient if you’re just passing by and don’t plan to go into town. The breakfast was so good too.

This hotel is a great place to stay for overnight layovers while passing through DFW. We’ve stayed 3 times now and for the purpose we need it, it has been perfect. I appreciate the airport shuttle service. Although it’s not available if you arrive past midnight, it is a close uber and the morning shuttle runs early. The remodel is very nice and the rooms have always been clean and well kept.

Had a flight delay and cancelled flight nightmare, and Daniel made it bearable. He greeted a group of frustrated flyers late at night with grace and humor and made sure we ate. He greeted me at 4:30am the next day still with a big smile and made sure I got on my shuttle. Thanks Daniel!

This hotel is a really good value. It looks like a new property, very clean, everything in great order, convenient location to the airport. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Employees were very nice, and great service. Definitely recommend this hotel.

my stay here was pretty okay, the lady up front was not very kind or welcoming on the phone or in person. i enjoyed the breakfast and my bed was comfortable.
