Was a terrible experience. We asked for a smoke free room and it stunk. We changed rooms...smell was still bad. Taking a shower and the hot water would turn cold and back and forth. The toilet was clogged at the first flush. It ran all night. The RR's were totally disgusting down in the lobby...bugs on walls and urinals as you do your business!! Totally disgusting!! What else...oh after taking a shower, laid on bed to watch TV. The damn remote had no batteries and there wasn't a button to turn on the TV. The area was loud and noisy the entire time. It felt good getting on a plane with no sleep. The only.....only convenient thing was the shuttle bus to the airport.

Doors in rooms down fully seal, you can see out of them just as good as you can the peep hole. I would know because I was placed in a private room but the loo wasn't functioning. I was then moved to another non smoking room, so I thought, and was placed in a joining room with neighbors who were up all night with guests coming and going for the whole 12 hours I was there. I got zero sleep due to the thin walls and the door that barely felt locked, as well as the garden they were burning up all evening creating issues with my allergies for my trip home. The shuttle to the airport was convenient but also felt like it was from the 70s and about to break into 37 pieces.

The facility was clean except that the room two doors from us had what appeared to be chiggers all over the bannister outside. The amenities were meager, especially with the toilet paper roll falling off. It was a bit noisy but not severely. The desk personnel were reasonably courteous. The restaurant had limited choices.|Parking was a challenge as well. The shuttle was adequate. It is close to DFW

Absolutely not worth staying here. Was woken up every morning to loud construction being done to other rooms. We were not told ahead of time that it was being done. Was told we would get a partial refund ( which seemed nice). Got completely locked out of the room due to the card reader not working ( while our kid was inside). Then we never received the partial refund and was double charged for our stay.

During my 2 nights and 3 days stay here, I saw three different dead cockroaches. There were no bedbugs in the bed. The hangers were rusty and covered in dust. There were no problems using the bathroom, and the other guests were quiet, so it was a comfortable stay. However, I sincerely hope that I will never see a live cockroach during my next visit. Please make sure to exterminate the cockroaches.

The listings on Expedia all clearly stated that there were Infant Cribs. Upon arrival, the staff had no idea that this was on the listing and stated there were no cribs on the premise. We were offered an upgrade to a 2-bed room after I showed them the listing but we declined because we had already unpacked in our room and our infant would easily crawl off the bed during the night anyway. We were not offered any other refund or benefit. Our infant ended up sleeping on the ground next to the bed on an extra sheet tucked into the bed so they didn't crawl under the bed. Breakfast was a few granola bars and a muffin, not the full breakfast shown in the listing's pictures. Check in showed there would be more options than just granola bars, but we weren't offered anything but the granola bars.

Most of the room was perfectly adequate for a low-budget motel, however have a look at the photo of the kitchen sink. Thank god I didn't need to use it. ||||Now...the real reason this review is ranked lower is the absurd conversation I had when calling for the shuttle:||Me: Hi I need the shuttle from the airport||Hotel guy: Ok what gate are you at?||Me: I'm not at a gate, I'm outside the gate area||Hotel guy: Ok, what do you see?||Me: Well what do you mean, what should I be looking for? ||Hotel guy: Well do you see trees and stuff? (yes, he actually asked this)||Me: Um...no I'm inside the terminal||Hotel guy: Well you just said you weren't at a gate||Me: That's right, I'm outside security but still inside the terminal||Hotel guy: Well thats why I asked what you can see||Me: Perhaps you could just tell me where I should go?||Hotel guy: Oh yeah sure, go to the lower level and look for the purple signs that say hotel shuttle||Me: Sigh, you could have led with that.

This place is a joke. Yes, you can sleep and shower here, but nothing else. The room floor of my room felt like it was clean with oil, the mini fridge was note cold and with mold. The AC system is filling apart. The so call breakfast is mind blowing. You will laugh your eyes out. See pictures. They have tried to make it look renovated, but the just painted over and did a cheap repair. I will never come back to this place.
