I can’t say enough positive things about Greg! From the moment I got on the shuttle, he made me feel like more than just a guest—he made me feel valued. Greg greeted me with a warm smile, handled my bags with care, and ensured the shuttle was clean, comfortable, and running on time. But what truly sets Greg apart is his exceptional professionalism and genuine kindness. He offered helpful local tips, great conversation, and made every passenger feel welcome and relaxed. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely enjoys helping people—something that really stood out during my stay. Greg is a true asset to your team. Service like his is rare, and it absolutely enhanced my overall hotel experience. I sincerely hope his dedication and outstanding attitude are recognized—he deserves a raise, a shout-out, and any opportunity your team can give him. Employees like Greg are the reason guests return!

When I walked in the staff already had an attitude which I tried to ignore at first and then they gave me a room that I didn’t initially book for and when I came back yo have them correct that issue , I was told that if I book a room on the same day they can give me any room they feel like without telling me anything . I was taken aback by what I was told yet as a titanium elite member who spends a lot of money with brand year after year, it left me speechless. It made me ask myself if this is how they actually talk to guests or is that the way they talk to certain guests . I ended up canceling my reservation and had to look to book a room with the competitor brand . Didn’t want to do this but the level of disrespect I got was unacceptable. I have never been treated like this with the brand and yet I travel for work and spend a lot of money with the brand . To even put the icing on top of it all they mentioned that they will charge me a cancellation fee . This hotel left a bad taste in my mouth and will never book any future reservations with them ever again . I was tired from a long drive and had an very early morning flight to catch and this experience was the worst dealing with this hotel . You can’t choose to be arrogant just because you are working for a major brand one has to be humble to serve others , that’s how you succeed and grow . Arrogance is definitely not the key . I hope management corrects issues like this and makes sure things like this never happen again . It hurts business instead of building relationships and more business.

We reserved a room here during a weather event at the airport, based on their COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE SERVICE. We paid online then went immediately to the airport shuttle area where we waited over an hour for a shuttle. We called the hotel constantly, about 1 call every 2 minutes which was as fast as we could due to the computer call tree, but the shuttle line was busy. The front desk said we needed to call the shuttle line. Exhausted and very upset by now, we took a taxi to the hotel. The taxi cost (Diamond Car Service, Grapevine) $75.81. Twice I contacted Marriott Customer Service, Sheraton's parent company and requested reimbursement. They offered me a $50 gift certificate maximum, despite my receipt of $75.81. Today I contacted DFW Sheraton directly and have been on e-mail and phone with them for over an hour. They offer 15,000 points and no monetary reimbursement. Any Sheraton hotel in California requires approximately 30,000 in points thus they are charging me money to get my reimbursement. This is no way to run a hospitality company. Do yourself a favor and stay at a Hilton

The room looks old and worn down, and the hotel overall can use a little upgrade. There is only one restaurant by the lobby and small snack store with you crave for chips and sweets. There’s a small “business center” where you can print documents if needed. Hotel is close to DFW airport, with complimentary shuttle running every 30 minutes. Staff were courteous and although hotel looks old, the common restrooms were clean.

Not impressed. Paid over $160 for the room that you cannot check into until 4pm or later but have to be out by 11am, only to find out that self parking outside in their potholed riddled parking lot would cost an additional $16 for the overnight stay. The rooms are also dated and based on the amount of dust that was transferred to my t-shirt from the curtains when I looked out the window, the rooms are not well cleaned. Management needs to step it up!

Very nice and clean establishment. However, it could use a little refresh/update. The staff have been phenomenal, incredibly courteous and professional. And there is a pleasant “hotel” smell throughout the facility. Staff members are always vacuuming or sweeping up around the common areas.

When we arrived at 9pm, the check-in receptionist had major attitude. Our first room, smelled of cigarette smoke. However our young waitress at the Whiskey Tango Restaurant located in the atrium of the hotel, was very attentive and the food was good.

We had a great stay at this Sheraton DFW. We stayed in the club level and the hostess was fantastic. Our room was comfortable and the surface was great. The breakfast in the morning was great and it was nice to have a quiet space to do worknext time. We are in Dallas. We will stay here.
