Based upon previous reviews I almost didn't reserve rooms for a three night stay here, but our experience has been very good. The desk staff are friendly, helpful and polite. The restaurant & bar were very busy with a large conference group, but the service and food quality for our dinner were still very good. The manager was on top of everything and visibly helping her staff as needed. I also love that this property has an indoor and outdoor pool and a jacuzzi. They are really helpful to relax after a long day. Yes, there are areas of the hotel needing an update, but we will definitely stay here again.

The major issue with this property is the poor airport shuttle service. I waited over 40 minutes for the shuttle after calling the hotel. The property itself is fine. The rooms appear recently renovated and the club lounge is nice. If convenient hotel access upon airport arrival is desired, one of the hotels inside the airport would be my recommendation. Otherwise quick access to this hotel requires transportation other than their complimentary shuttle.

I had to do a last minute overnight layover tonight. I was not happy, but the team at Marriott really made up for it. I was tired and hungry. Check in was so easy and Jayden's upbeat attitude really washed away all that frustration from my day. I didn't complain, he picked up on it. If that wasn't enough, he upgraded me to a Pure room and didn't say a word. Room is VERY clean and the lighting is so calming. Hotel is super convenient to the airport. They do have airport shuttle that seemed to be running regularly. They have plenty of food options including a little "store" with snacks, drinks, and Marriott sandwiches and salads. I had a skirt steak sandwich and sweet potato chips which was perfect. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here in the future. Thank you, Marriott!

I was very disappointed by this hotel. The public areas are good, but the rooms are tired. I was on the 16th floor facing both the airport and the 114 freeway. The noise was horrendous, which was mainly down to the poor state of the windows and door that led out on the saddest patio space I have ever seen. The good news was that the patio door was painted shut! ||Be aware that from this side of the hotel, there are 3 runways (including two major ones - 17C and 17R) less than 1,500 ft from the hotel. It is very noisy! ||In addition the internet was unusable, with a 1.32 Mbps download and a 0.44 Mbps upload. See the speedtest result. In 2025 those speeds are unacceptable, and Marriot had the cheek to call this service 'enhanced' due to my status. I would love to see what the standard speeds are. Good grief! I was planning on working, but those speeds mean that website timed out and things were just so slow as to be unusable. The in-rooms A/C added to the airport vibes with a jet-engine loudness that was truly deafening. Overall this was my most disappointing stay this year. I would look elsewhere, this is an older property in desperate need of a full makeover, with unusable internet.

Nice rooms. The hot tub is super hot, which could be a good or bad thing. Two clean swimming pools, one inside and one out, so swimming and tubing is year around. Watching the planes from the room windows was super cool. When the plans are coming in, it's like they are coming straight at you, its awesome.

For almost 200 dollars a night (over 200 including parking and fees), this hotel is a complete and utter rip off. I travel constantly for work and I have not felt so grossed out in a room in a long time. Well first, the first room I was given had broken AC and the AC vent cover was falling off. So they transferred me to another room with working AC but the vent cover is still just leaning against the wall. VERY sharp edges and it looks TERRIBLE. If I had children, I would have left IMMEDIATELY and demanded my money back. The room looks like it hasn’t been updated since 1980. The paint is chipping and the decor is ugly. Most importantly though (aside from the safety hazard that is the entryway AC vent) the cleanliness of the room is appalling. The shower floor is sticky like they didn’t clean it, the bathroom floor is sticky, the shower door has soap scum from previous guests and what looks to be like toilet water stains due to the proximity to the toilet. The towel had dirt or stains and the towels have to be very old or just very cheap. They are literally transparent and falling apart. Lastly, there is no towel holder in the bathroom for your hand/face towel , so your options are to either keep it on the counter (which is nasty for a face towel) or hang it on the shower door, just inches from the toilet bowl (which is also crazy nasty). Moral of the story, 200 dollars is absolutely a despicable price to be charging for the equivalent to a motel8 in terms of cleanliness and modernity (or lack thereof). OH and PS: I didn’t even get breakfast included in my almost 200 dollar rate that includes motel level facilities and amenities. UPDATE: upon taking my shower this morning, I discovered a BIG blood stain on one of the thin and worn bath towels they left for me to use. Picture included and rating downgraded to one star.

Rogelio at the front desk was unfortunately very unhelpful and rude, despite my understanding that the hotel may have been short-staffed. I called around 9:45 PM, which I wouldn’t expect to be a particularly busy time. While I recognize that working under staffing challenges can be stressful, professionalism and courtesy should still be part of the job. I’d like to remind him that customers like myself are the reason he has the opportunity to work there. Unfortunate that he changed my view on the service provided by this hotel, as the others I came in contact with prior had been pleasant.

Nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff and all the amenities that you need, except for a members lounge. Location is good if you are flying out of DFW. The rooms are nice, some of the furniture was in need of repair, nothing major but noticeable.
