NillWe arrived on 04/24. Room looked fine at quick inspection. Dropped off bags and met family. Came back at night. Started to shower, hair in shower! Already unpacked. I cleaned with Clorox wipes I brought on trip. Too late to change rooms. Next day told man at desk and showed pictures. Asked for more toilet paper since only left with one used roll to start. Next day while gone, two more rolls showed up. Shower WAS NOT cleaned, left three bottles of shower soap, shampoo and conditioner that belongs attached in shower on bath vanity for some reason. On 04/27, we left to meet family and maid had come into room, attached the bottles that were left while leaving her dirty shoe prints in shower. I had a towel with make up accidentally gotten on it, ON THE FLOOR. We came back at night, saw towel ‘removed’, ‘other’ folded in vanity. Next morning. Pulled out a ‘new’ folded vanity towel, only to find out it WAS THE TOWEL I HAD OUT IN THE FLOOR!! I did not bathe and was freaked out we were originally bathing with previous peoples’ old towels. Went down at check out and told nice woman at desk. She apologized and stated she would tell manager of housekeeping. Comfy beds. Young woman at desk quite kind. But will never stay here again.

NillOur stay was GREAT! Staff was very accommodating. Even with the elevator having issues, there was an elevator technician diligently working the whole time. As of check out today elevator is up & running but appreciate the professionalism that there was donating working on it the whole time. Management did due diligence to take care of everyone dispite the issues. Will stay here again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!

NillI absolutely love this hotel. I love all the staff but the one I love the most her name is Alexis H. she said was her name. She is very respectful. She has kepted my room clean from staying over. She wrote me a nice letter stating "have a nice stay. Enjoy my stay. I hope you come back and stay with us again" it was a nice letter. Have never gotten a nice letter since I have been coming here staying

NillLet's start at the beginning. I drove 8 hours to stay at this location for my Godson's baptism. I reserved the room a month out and checked in the day prior stating I would arrive at noon. When I arrived at noon, it took quite a while for the attendant to locate my reservation and when he did he stated it would be an hour before my room was ready. No problem, I had some shopping and errands to run. When I came back 1.5 hours later they stated that it would take an extra 20 minutes for my room to be ready. When I asked why, they stated since I reserved my room a month early AND since I used my points to book that they had given my room away to someone else. I told them that was unacceptable since I had been waiting since noon and they told me that technically I wasn't allowed to check in until 3PM. Fine. I left to spend time with my family and came back slightly after 4:30PM. A different attendant was able to check me in, this is my third time mind you. When my family and I walked into the elevator we were greeted with stains all over the floor and walls. Not a good start. Once we arrived to our room, our door was also covered in stains. Also not a good sign. When we opened the door to our room, it was even worse. The entry way was dirty, the mirrors were stained and smudged, the refrigerator had debris on it, the sink had trash in it, the window to the room was left open with dust flying in, and to top it all off: feces was IN THE TOILET. When I spoke to the team member on staff about the issue, all they said they could do was send me to another room. Not only that, when they said the pool wasn't available I was told to go to another hotel for my kids to swim. Highly unacceptable. I am a Marriott Rewards member and use their credit card to rack up points for my stays. If this is how I can expect to be treated by Marriott and staff, I will discontinue my card services and go to another hotel brand that knows how to treat their customers.

NillThe hotel itself is very nice and clean. I come out here for work, and stay for 2 or 3 months at a time. I've been here so much that I know all the employees by name. Both of the maintenance men are great. Occasionally I get a room with something not working and they usually fix it as quickly as possible. Out of the past 2 months I've been here this time, we've had 4 dust storms. And the pool gets FILTHY. I've watched these poor maintenance men spend 2 or 3 days or longer cleaning out that pool from all the debris, trash, sand, dirt, and even furniture that gets blown into it. These poor men have much bigger things to deal with than spending all that time cleaning the pool over and over and over when the issue could be easily solved by getting a tarp for the pool to prevent most of it. I love the hotel and I like all the employees. It's a nice hotel, so why can't the owners invest in a freaking pool cover? Especially being in a location that has dust storms regularly. It's kind of redundant. Other things have to get put off because the pool has to get cleaned out yet again.

NillNot a bad hotel in general. The biggest issue if security. In 40 years never had a vehicle broken into till at the hotel. They do charge a parking fee just to park there but it is not gated, not parking pass or anything. Just a money collection. They could use the money to pay for security which makes sense. Make the parking one way in and out to limit crime. On top that I parked by the main entrance door, we'll lit area, in view of the camera and front desk. Still was targeted. Staff is nice and friendly. Minor maintenance upkeep needed in the room and in the lobby hallway.

NillThe room is nice and huge. The coffee they served lacks the taste of aroma. The way they clean the room is really below standard. I reported it to the manager and they re-do the cleaning again. I am disappointed with the room cleaning. The housekeeper did not vacuum the carpet, did not wipe the toilet floor and did not remove the garbage under the kitchen sink. When i brought it to the Manager, the Housekeeping Manager did it by herself and she apologize and she told me that she understand my feelings and frustration. Thank you to the housekeeping manager for re-doing the cleaning of my room as soon as possible.
