Positive: Clean, quiet road off of I35 as compared to others.Staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great with several options. I stayed for a week for work in area. Great price and hotel area was perfect. Walking distance to Sonic, convenient stores. Negative: No. People commented on other reviews that the clean team are ready at 11am upon check in. Yes, they're ready so they ask as you come out. It's not a negative thing. They have a job to do and are ready

I'm pleasantly surprised. It was clean with no smells and relatively fairly priced. They serve a continental breakfast, which includes coffee, orange juice, cereal,bagels, and waffles. I have no complaints with our service the manager was great and very friendly. I gave the room 4 stars only because the ac didn't work very well, there was a big stain on the floor by the front door and the bed wasn't the most comfortable but I would stay again

Lady was friendly once I arrived but after the first night and getting bit with bugs and seeing over 10 roaches, this place is NOT WORTH the low price. We didn't even stay past the first night of arrival. Had to find another place to stay during the holidays. Came back trying to get some information to cancel and after waiting for about 15 minutes, the lady is non apologetic or surprised after I told her there was an infestation. She simply told me to call the booking place and went back to her room wearing pajamas. If you don't mind getting bit by bed bugs and seeing tiny and big roaches over every corner of your room, this is the place for you. If you have even the slightest concern for your health, DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Positive: Location was decent Negative: Infested with roaches. Front desk was not manned for 30 minutes. Once they came out, they were in pajamas. After i told them the room was covered in roaches, they weren't apologetic or suprised. Unprofessional and disgusting. 0 out of 10. DON'T RECOMMEND!

Positive: The bed was nice and I didn?t see any bugs. Negative: Hard to understand the person checking you in. Someone knocks on your door even though you have the do not disturb sign up 2 minutes before your 11 o?clock check out. Then she stares at you while you?re trying to get out the door.

When I got here, I didn't realize that I had reserved a smoking room, and in order to change it to non smoking it was going to cost more. But the biggest thing was room #108 was very loud from 10pm until after 4am which was very ridiculous. The woman and man had no respect for anyone who were next to them. When I say they were very very loud, like shouting. I will never stay at this location again!!

Probably the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Bathroom walls were covered in urine. Food and stains all over the floors and other walls. In the morning we found a dead roach on the counter that wasn't there the night before. It had likely gotten into a roach trap and made it's way there to die. Pillow cover had holes from cigarette burns. Everything was covered in dust and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Truly a 0 star stay.

Stay one nigt for a furnal. had to get t- p from front desk. woke up this morning to really look around. Room 12 is dirty room , blood on rug by the bathroom. wouldn't walk in your barefeet. cigarettes burn hole in sheet. non smoking room. only thing good shower. will not stay here again. it a sham does cost anymore to make sure housekeeping is cleaning to room.
