Front desk clerk was rude and she talked to me as if I was a child. Then, she hung up on me. Inside the room, there was a urine stain on the blanket, and the fitted sheet was the incorrect size, and kept popping off. Toilet didn't flush properly. Textured ceiling was cracked and peeling and falling to the floor. Huge hole in the wall behind the mini fridge. All electrical outlets are fire hazards. Closet doors wouldn't close. Headboards were dirty. Alarm clock only displayed "L7" Wednesday, 1am

Stayed here as a last resort because other hotels in the area were booked up . This is definitely a place you stay in a pinch and if your expectations are cleanliness and comfort don’t expect that from this place . The cleanliness of my room was mediocre at best there was long hairs stuck to our hand towels and to the hair dryer of someone else . The bathtub looked stained and had mold in some corners . Mold on the bathroom ceiling . There was even some odd sharp object I found in our bedsheets that I had to remove . As well as Some of Our bath towels looked dingy and old .

Booked Reservation and Paid fees and than called to reserve downstairs room due to physical access limitations, but didn’t. Gave another room and hot water wasn’t working. Then we had to go upstairs with effort. In the morning they didn’t have spare towel you told to one of my family member and will bring after 30 min. What kind of business is this ? and Than I came after few minutes telling they will bring after sometime . People getting late for Airport and Guy is arguing to give towel after 15 min You are lying that you don’t have towel.

This is not a luxury hotel but would do in a pinch BUT BEWARE, though advertise as part of Wyndham group upon arrival they will tell you they are privately own & NOT part of group so they do not get any online info from them such as pre ckin info etc. They have specific rules what type of bank card they will take also. It was frustrating not to get answers to direct questions from check in staff. The clerk just said above his pay and that it was a manager's question to answer. It's hard when all you want to do is sleep & don't want to have to find another room. The outside of hotel is shady & run down but inside dining area was clean. The rooms have seen thier heyday but still economical if you need to just sleep. It is older hotel so don't expect to find outlets or usb ports next to bed to plug electronics. You do well if you have your own power strip.

Desk Clerk to provide reserved room, room was ok, NOTHING like the photos they post on sites, and sheets had dark stains on them. Room was on the 2nd floor (handicapped person) and no elevator. He claimed they didn't have any rooms on the 1st floor. I counted 10 cars in the parking lot. Room was right beside garbage bins, above dog poo pad area. Ice machine didn't work so no cold beverages.||Didn't stay for breakfast due to observed quality and styrofoam cups for hot beverages (toxic to a person). Other La Quinta hotels I stayed in during my trip were cheaper and much, much nicer for a slightly lower price. Skip this place and go to Peco Tx La Quinta

This place looks like a shady motel from the outside, but the rooms are quite comfy and nice! They also have a great breakfast with eggs and waffles. The only downside is their receptionist, specifically the old lady working in the evenings, she's very RUDE and RACIST! If you don't like Mexicans/Latinos, why do you work in a hotel in Odessa? Move to New Hampshire. As soon as you walk in, she treats you like you're soliciting and not wanting to get a room. Other than that, this is a great stay for a night or two!

Bad experience, our reservation on the official page didn't was respected on the hotel reception because our payment method was with a credit or debit card "from Mexico", this should be highlighted on their page, this is the first time it happened to me in USA or any other country. Not recommended.

If I could make no star I absolutely would. I booked a room for a night stayed and re booked the next day for a week. Upon checking in for the second booking the hog of a lady gave my fiance such a hard time after a whole day of working and wouldn't give him the room. She let my fiance know the time the person who let him check in the night before would be there. Right before he was supposed to be there she canceled in and we are now having to pay them a cancelation fee for no reason. With how unpleasant the world is now why is there a need to make things harder for people? We had no issues the first night and are now screwed to pay money we don't have and try to find another place with no money.
