NillI've stayed here before and it was a very clean and a pleasant experience. This time, I was given a handicap room, I was fine with it, but the bathroom was dirty. Then, the next day, the front desk needed to be proved right that I chose the handicap room, not randomly assigned it. Unless it's last resort and no other hotel is available in Midland/Odessa I would drive home and drive back the next day to avoid this hotel. The front desk needs to shape up on their attitude.

NillI should not have to walk from my car to hotel in parking lot avoiding dog poop it’s everywhere and I don’t own a dog. Owners are not picking up their own dog poop and maintenance doesn’t care. So big piles of dog poop on walkway and right beside your car where you park. As well as my shower having previous guests body hair decorated throughout.As a Gold member this is Absolutely disgusting!

NillEasily the best Home2suites in Texas. The staff is extremely friendly and eager to help. I've been going to this location for years. Kathy makes my stay very enjoyable. She is very kind and knows the Odessa area well so she always knows where the best food and drinks areas are. Home2Suites-Odessa is the cleanest hotel I've ever been too. Great Job Team !!

NillI had already had a bad experience with a rude employee, but decided to try again, but I couldn't do it. I walked into that lobby and couldn't breathe, it had to be at least 94° in there. The desk clerk was really kind and did her best to convince me that the rooms weren't hot, thanks for that Kori, but I wasn't going to take that chance. What really bothers me is that such a big corporation would have their employees working in such horrible conditions. The three fans they have in the lobby are NOT adequate to fight this heat. Hilton should be ashamed of themselves.

NillVery clean and very accommodating. Spend 1-2 weeks here every month and the staff goes above and beyond to help. Had a refrigerator that stopped working and they had it exchanged within 1 hr. Staying over again 5 months later and my a/c went out, and they went the extra mile and called the maintenance man back from home. Had a/c changed out within 1.5 hrs…instead of making me change rooms.
