Christina is a awesome host! I know my son probably got on her nerves however she still treated him with respect!! I appreciate how the staff worked with him and the extra food they provided at a decent cost!! They even found his phone along with others and tried returning them! Thanks for the great customer service you all provided!! God bless!!

Positive: Nothing Negative: Website said continental breakfast, there was cereal no milk. Room had burn marks on both comforters, broken glass on the floor, the room smelled like cigarettes and was a non smoking room. Housekeeping started knocking at 9:30 when check out is 11am.

Checking in was a breeze had no problems till night 2. Maintenance was working on the room till 2 am. Room was not cleaned to housekeeping standards mirror was awful bathroom was not clean found bed Roaches heat did not work. A staff member was rude when asked to get a different room.

My husband and I came to this hotel because we live in Longview and life was stressful so we wanted a little get away. The photos online looked great so we went for it. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed when we got there. Everywhere even the lobby smells like mold and mildew. One staff lady was just passive, not a smile for miles. We finally got to our room and then couldn’t get in. While we were trying the key card someone inside opened the door! They had someone in our room. Then, we went back to the front desk, they came back to the room got the other people out. Didn’t even check the room or anything. Crumbs were on the bed. We were supposed to be in a non smoking room yet the comforter on the bed was riddled with cigarette burns and the room reeked of smoke and mildew. Dead roaches on the floor and roaches crawling on the ceiling. We had to clean the jacuzzi tub ourselves because the room service didn’t do a good job. The actual bath tub had coffee grounds or something in it. The smell this place has is killer on your sinuses. Got there feeling fine and woke up with a swollen and sore throat and losing my voice. We were supposed to be here three nights, we checked out the next morning. Do not come to this hotel. It is evident as well reading the other reviews that they will take your money, give you a crap room, and not give you a cent back. Didn’t even feel like having to deal with these people in asking for a refund. Tell you to reach out to management which will never get back to you. Ridiculous.

Checked in at 2 am and received 1 key card that then did not work. I had to walk back to the front desk in the freezing cold and get 2 new key cards. Walked back to the room and neither of those keys worked either. complete red light. At that time the front desk associate was walking upstairs and met me w/ a machine in his hand to try and rekey the cards. I assume at this point he saw on cameras that it was not working. He himself could not rekey the cards and had to use a special key to get the door unlocked. At checkout the next day, I turned my keys in and asked for a receipt. Only $50 was refunded of my $60 deposit because they said I did not turn my keys in. When I called I was told I did not turn them in and was hung up. When calling for a customer complaint to corporate, I was advised I could only deal w/ that specific hotel and they could not assist. |Bed bugs and cockroaches on the walls. Everything was filthy dirty w/ yellow stains on the pillows.

I stayed at Super 8 by Wyndham Tyler TX Saturday night, March 8, 2025. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the TV and wi-fi reception was great. The people at the desk were very helpful. I would stay there again...

They didn't give us any towels. To 30 minutes to get the door open. Was very loud thug life is the best way I could describe it. I hated it. The pool's only good thing about it. Not only that they took $10 in my deposit for absolutely no reason. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone to stay here.

This hotel does not deserve any stars at all. The room I rented had dead and alive roaches, hair in the bathroom on the floor, sink and on the refrigerator, the microwave and the refrigerator was nasty as well. The comforter was ripped in several places, and let's talk about the love seat that was in the room, it looked like the got it out of a dumpster, it was soiled on the entire sofa. When I called and reported it to the front desk they had no care about my complaints at all. Would not give me another room or a refund to go to another hotel. They are very unprofessional and nasty. I would never reccommend this hotel to anyone.
