Comfy beds and clean room. 24hour pool was a nice feature even though we weren't able to take advantage of it. Breakfast was good and lots of choices for everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

It's a nice hotel for the money. Stayed New Years Eve because it was central to what we were doing. Love it. Liked that the pool area is open 24 hours, which is something you don't see. Great staff. Clean rooms. Quiet. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and smelled nice. Pool was clear and clean as well as hot tub. Great place to bring kids. Pet accommodating. Right on the river and easy access to park and walking path.

This is a pretty standard Hampton Inn, in a nice location. It's along the river, in an office park. Not much that is walkable near by, so that's one con. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly. The elevators were under repair when I was there, so I did have to lug a suitcase up a flight of stairs, which wasn't my favorite. A few other repairs seemed to be going on. Good breakfast selection, in a large, light and airy dining room/lobby area. Still, a comfortable, quiet hotel.

Business trip for my spouse and I tagged along to work remotely. We had a King suite and the desk was large with plenty of outlets. Microwave , fridge and coffee machine provided made it easy to have meals in the room. Walking path amazing even in the cold weather. Breakfast was served downstairs with a lot of variety. Coffee and hot water were available all day. Only downside was the fitness center. 2 treadmills that had non functioning screens with one that did not increase the gradient and one peloton bike that worked.|Staff friendly, rooms clean, had a mini mart near the lobby - well stocked. There was a laundry room that we did not need. Good location for restaurants.

This is one of the most helpful and friendliest hotels I have stayed at. So many nice touches. The location was incredible, and we had beautiful views of the Columbia River as well as close access to walking trails, restaurants, wineries, etc. Morning breakfast was very tasty. Bedding could be upgraded, but not terrible. I would recommend to any traveling to this area. Photo is our view from the window. Lovely to visit here in the fall.

Older hotel but fantastic location, friendly, welcoming staff and quite, comfortable rooms. I had a river facing room and enjoyed the sunrise. Hot breakfast options are complimentary as is parking.

Like many business travelers, when I am in the tri cities of Washington I always pick this 4.5* Hampton Inn to stay in. While it is not new, management is always upgrading the hotel. The layout gives the feeling of spaciousness. The staff is always friendly and helpful, thanks to an outstanding manager, Melody. The breakfast is typical for a Hampton Inn but fresh fruit, coffee, tea and cookies are available 24/7. The standard rooms are very decent, but for a few dollars more you can be upgraded to a room with a river view of the Columbia river. Watching sunrise over the river is spectacular. In addition, each room has a patio so watching sunset over the river, perhaps with a glass of wine, is quite lovely. Lastly, there is a very nice walkway through the adjacent river park that goes for better than 4 miles. And all of this is at a very competitive price and often less money than lower rated hotels.
