Courtyard Richland Columbia Point

Staff down to the person was friendly and accommodating. We liked the location, the view of the river and easy to reach river walk (you can watch the water fowl come and go for hours)..and the comfort of the room. We requested a king room that was quiet, with a view, and that's exactly what we got. It's a good value. We liked the breakfast staff, the bartender, the front desk staff . Housekeeping was superb and our room was spotlessly clean.

Location was right on a small lake which had several restaurants you could walk to along the lake. Beautiful setting with nice view of the lake from our upgraded room. Breakfast was great from the Bistro and we were comped $10 each and any coffee drink each.

The rooms, suites, food, service, and ambience were all fantastic. The services provided by the professional management and staff are the main reasons that we keep coming back. The old world elegance is a rare thing, and we value their focus to make sure that everything about the lodging experience is excellent. I highly recomend the Courtyard by Marriott Richland Columbia Point.

My husband and I attended his work Christmas party this weekend (12/7/24) in the event room, and I just wanted to give a shoutout to three amazing staff members! First, Karmen! She is so kind and genuine! A true gem! Next, Evan! Funny, poised and charming! And last but not least Kamden! (I’m so sorry if I misspelled your name). So polite and sincere! Both he and Evan worked the floor beautifully! Front desk and security/maintenance, housekeeping I’m grateful for all your friendly faces! Oh and to the bartender in the cafe, I want to apologize for my husband. He thinks he is funny but can come off rude sometimes. Don't worry I gave him an earful when we got home. Thank you Marriott for a lovely evening!

Great view and very friendly staff! We loved the breakfast and coffee restaurant on the premises! The rooms stayed nice and cold! Loved the small Juliet balcony, would have preferred to be able to sit on a balcony. I would stay again just for the fun vibe of the area

Beautiful hotel With a wonderful view. I’d highly encourage you to stay. Holly and I have one night per month reserved for the remainder of the year. It’s a great place. Also visit red mountain AVA for the wineries that are all superb!

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at the Courtyard Marriott in Richland multiple times, and it’s safe to say it’s one of my favorite Courtyard locations across the country. Here’s a detailed breakdown of my experiences: Pros: • Fantastic Amenities: From dining to leisure, everything you need for a relaxing stay is at your fingertips. The food and drinks are top-notch, offering a wide variety of options to cater to all tastes. • Exceptional Staff: The staff here go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable. Their kindness and friendliness make a significant difference, contributing to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. • Breathtaking Views: The hotel boasts some of the most gorgeous views, making it a must-visit during the summer months. Whether it’s sunrise or sunset, the panorama is absolutely stunning. Cons: • The Hot Water Issue: Despite the hotel’s many virtues, there’s one persistent issue that has slightly marred my stays - the hot water. Regardless of the room, the water turns from hot to lukewarm within approximately three minutes, which quickly transitions to cold. This is particularly disappointing when considering the whirlpool suites, as the water becomes too cold to enjoy the feature as intended.

Had an impromptu evening at this hotel after picking up a very impractical car from a local dealer. It was clean, quiet and in a great location. The river view is nice. It’s off the beaten path but right next door to great restaurants.
