If you like mold, mildew, and almost everthing broken, then is an excellent place to stay! This place is good for privacy from the outside as virtually every window in this hotel is occluded windows. Sleeping is great if you like rythmns. For example, the toilet is set to autoflush every 13 minutes around the clock. So, while you are trying to fall asleep, your mind can count down the minutes until the next autoflush of the toilet. For a nice touch of added sleep deprivation, we got to enjoy a nice horde of young ones running back and forth down the halls at 12:30 AM. This extra service is not provided by hotel management though. Do you like to shower with friends? Again, this place will then bring a smile to your face as you enter the shower and faces billions of mold spores. Don’t try to wash them off, as that just makes them angry and they will then stick to your toes. Do you like an extra greasy breakfast? You will then like their offering of sausage patties that require 3 napkins each to soak up the grease. The eggs are served in pre-formed patties too. They stick together nicely, so you will need a sharp knife or spatula to pry them out of the pan. I agree with other reviewers that the staff was always polite. Overall, our recommenation is “If you want cheap, you will get a good cheap experience here!”

Booked last minute due to poor travel conditions. The quality of customer service was refreshing. Breakfast was wonderful! The building looks a bit tired from the outside, but the room was nice and clean. Note: There are only wall plug-ins and no USB plug-ins for charging devices. We would stay again.

Aside from the staff being great this place was a dump. It was dirty, the pfas system was loud so I pulled the filter out of it (I should have taken a picture) there was an inch of dust on it. The rooms need to be updated badly. Breakfast was waffles and coffee. The egg Patty's were cold and sausage Patty's lay in grease, they towered out of everything basically. It was just not the most pleasant experience however the kids didn't care. The staff was amazing though so kind.

We were originally placed in the Cambria but switched to AmericInn. Free breakfast, big pool, hot tub, AND a sauna?! Yes. You got the job done, the name fits. Does it need updating? Yes, but the bed and pillows are comfy and the staff is nice.

We love coming to the AmericInn! We live in town but get a room for the kids to swim. The kids love the pool and everyone is so nice. They also offer day passes for swimming but we love the rooms and the free hot breakfast in the morning! Kar is so welcoming and respectful. Will definitely come here again for a fun family getaway.

It's good .clean but the biggest issue is their system they are using for payments. Both qcredit card machines are broken so they have to manually run your card and then I started getting charged different prices and under a different hotel. Nice place but possibly some shady things happening.

I called and reserved 2 joined rooms. I was very specific that I wanted joining rooms and asked several times to be sure. On arrival I was told there were no joined rooms available. Then I was offered a king room next to a double queen room. I accepted only because it was too late to book anywhere else. When we arrived to our rooms they were both double queen rooms. They were not very clean. And customer service was not helpful.

The property is pleasant and had a great stay. The staff are really helpful. Highly recommended place to stay.
