This place is great, the towels are extra large and thick. The room ventilation is excellent, woke up refreshed and no dry sinuses. The rooms are spacious. It's quiet yet centrally located close to major highway, coffee shops airport and restaurants. Staff are professional. Some updates needed here and there and a bigger snack shop with local made foods and Wisconsin brands would be nice

When I got into the hotel, at the reception desk, the gentleman and the girl working at that moment, helped me out a lot. I paid the hotel through a third party and I wasn't allow to get a king-size bed, but Lesley told me not to worry and right away got me one. Over the weekend the other girl working there, named Catherine was also very professional and took care of me in a nice way. The room was very nice. The only thing I didn't like was the shower, which didn't have enough pressure whatsoever. Other than that everything was nice. The hotel is in a great area. Everything is closed by. I will definitely stay next time I'm around.

Just looked under the bed to see if anything fell there... OLD GUMMIE BEARS, FOOD, AND WRAPPERS!!!! DO THEY EVER CLEAN THESE ROOMS??? GROSS. When we arrived yo the room is was freezing. Once we warmed up we took a look around. Broken drawers, peeling doors, baseboards that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years, rusty showers with dirty floors, and a hole in the ceiling (unfinished light or sprinkler). Worst part the room IS NOT SOUNDPROOF as promised. We heard every screaming child running up and down the halls all night. Asked for a room service menu and was told id have to come to the front desk to get one. Wish I'd never stayed will never stay again! Sorry for poorly crafted review I'm more exhausted than when I arrived.

Room was great! Bed was comfortable, room was very quiet. Had to get help with the door because it was tricky? Obviously, they knew this because the young guy at the front desk told me exactly what to do when I went back down 5 floors to tell him I couldn't get in the room! You could have told me BEFORE I went up?? He was not exactly a ball of fire. The only other complaint was only two jets in the hot tub worked. We did not use the bar or restaurant. You will save more money booking direct!

Stayed here with a basketball team. Great place and very accommodating. Right off the interstate and close to the sports complex. I have to say, there were probably ten other basketball teams staying there that night, and it was still one of the quietest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Couldn’t hear anything from the hallway, above or below, or our neighboring rooms. It was a splendid stay.

We stayed here because of the location. And usually Hilton's and Hamptons and Double Trees are our to go. This place was dirty, needed cleaning and smelled bad and you can tell the staff does not give a darn, when I arrived it wasn't busy at all and the front desk girl was totally apathetic.. I should have known the minute I walked in to the hotel. There was just a random broom sitting there and a bunch of other just junk sitting around. Very disappointing for what I paid for the room. Filthy!

Loved the room. Very quiet on the 6th floor. Handicapped rails in the bathroom TV easy to operate. Had microwave and frig in the room. Plenty of storage space in the closet. An iron and ironing board too. Only thing missing was a hair dryer. And the handheld shower was kind of lower on the water pressure. Bed was so comfy didn't wake up with a back ache. So happy! The only minus. Flying in late after 11 pm. All restaurants closed. Not a thing I would buy in their store. Only chips and candy. A could of breakfast frozen things. Some TV dinners, maybe microwave pizza or appetizers would have been so great. Even an apple, orange or banana. Maybe in the future. Staff very nice. Some minor problems at check in. We came separately. My ride checked in first with my reservation. No place to add on the reservation someone else's name. I called the hotel the day before with details. But no one write it on my reservation sadly. Good thing he had a copy printed out! I would definitely stay there again for the right price.

All good the breakfast has a catch if you don't get there before 9 am you pay, other places are not that restrictive. All services available and nice customer service. Solid choice for a group or family group occasions. Parking is easier than downtown hotels of Appleton access to the freeway and 1 of 2 main roads of town.
