Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Brookfield Conference Center

We spent only one night, but found the hotel to be excellent. Wonderful staff, everything in perfect condition, very comfortable and quiet, very good breakfast, etc. Only two complaints regarding the bathroom. First, the sink water pressure was quite poor. Second, this was the first time we encountered a motion sensor switch for the bathroom lighting. Now if your alone in the room, who cares. But with another person it is REALLY annoying! Nothing like waking up the other person with a blast of light at 2 or 3 am. Honestly, as nice as this hotel is, I would never stay here again if I am not alone because of that idiotic motion sensor. I would suggest removing them and using a normal switch, but I doubt that will be done. Anyway, otherwise a perfect experience.

Nice overpriced hotel with no service for a 2 night stay. The lighting in the room is nonexistent. All of the staff was friendly, however housekeeper didn't speak English so I couldn't she didn't get me extra cups or towels that I requested. Definitely not worth the money!!

I decided to split my trip to the Milwaukee area among 4 different hotels and do reviews. This one had the best rating out of all 4. It surpassed my expectations and my stay at this hotel was great. The room was wonderfully decorated, great space to work from and the pillows were absolutely divine. I had a few interactions with the front desk and a young man named Michael was super helpful, friendly and provided great customer service. I also had the opportunity to eat and drink in the restaurant. The food was delicious, shrimp tacos. Lastly the had a EV charging station which was conveniently located in the front of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay again.

Very friendly staff. Very quiet. Luxury hotel. Mall right across the street. Good amount of parking. Rooms were clean and very spacious with huge tv’s. Big shower. Nice pool area. Highly recommend staying here for any occasion!

I checked in at this hotel which I stay at on a frequent basis. When I checked in, I realized I misplaced my ID. Alisha at the front desk who checked me in said “where is your ID!”in a snippy tone. I said I misplaced it and wow was she rude. I am not sure I have experienced that type of attitude when being welcomed to a Hilton hotel as a honors member. I will stay at the Marriott next door moving forward on my next vists.

Recently stay for work. I always stay in the same room. Seems very clean (as I always do mattress checks and check behind the headboard and on the box spring for bugs/dust) Pro: Seems like a quiet place. Cleanliness seems exceptional. Has become one of my new favorites in the Milwaukee area. Room's have a microwave and small fridge. Spacious. Cons: Breakfast is NOT included. No kitchen area in room/small fridge for longer stays. Highly recommend.

The staff was so helpful. Dawn, not only helped me with any questions I had about the area but helped me find a local taxi service and a restaurant in Milwaukee for my daughter and I to have dinner - which was a lovely choice. The Hilton Garden Inn breakfast was included and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay. |Annette & Christin

Rooms were great, clean etc. But the amenities in the room were lacking due to the coffee maker not working and not being replaced even after letting the desk know in person. Also the containers in the room that hold the "products" some were empty (like the hand soap and lotion) twice in one morning the complimentary coffee was empty as well . Aside from those house issues, it was a really nice hotel, clean and conveniently located. The prices were comparable to other nicer hotels. I would stay here again if the opportunity arises because I think the goods outweigh the opportunity for growth.
