Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel

There are lots of maintenance issues in my room that I notified the receptionists about. The toilet bolts need to be tightened as it creaks ominously when you sit lol, and I'm only 130lbs. The drain in the tub needs caulk as it does not plug up properly. Along with the very low water pressure, it took 30 minutes to fill the tub to even halfway. The room smells really musty. The deadbolt was completely broken, so for safety, I used the ironing board and towels under and behind the handle. They only gave me 2 towels, 1 bath mat, and 1 washcloth. I asked for more at the front desk, but they didn't have any more. I used to work at Great Wolf Lodge in housekeeping, front desk, and public area, so I know the ability of big hotels to have more items accessible if they manage it well enough. Also, the phone does not in this room, which is another safety concern. Check-in took about 30 minutes of just waiting in line (in a circle in the very small lobby). Breakfast not included - an extra $15. Good things because I wasn't a horrible visit - it was pretty good overall: Easy to navigate hallways and side entrances Close to conference center and walking distance of food and shopping Nice big smart TV Table/desk that moves up and down Night light via power button on mirror Comfy beds Hidden fridge (no microwave, though) Bible Modern lighting and outlets Restaurant/bar in the hotel

It's central to a lot of places being nearby. The rooms are clean and neat. The staff has been very helpful. The pool room was a bit small but not crowded at all. The water was warmer than most hotels, which was nice. Though the downside to our visit is that I booked a room with TWO double beds but they only had a "king" bed with a pullout couch available? And their idea of king is my idea of a full size....maybe a queen. Otherwise it's been great.

The Sheraton Milwaukee is the nicest hotel I have every stayed in. Has all the amenities . Very clean and the staff is very helpful and accommodating to your needs. The complement breakfast is great. The restaurant has a very good menu. And the bar is top notch. The Sheraton has several meeting rooms. I would recommend any one Coming to Milwaukee to check it out. You won't be disappointed.

Front desk very helpful and professional. Hotel was clean and always had a nice smell. Food (buffet) was good and reasonably priced. I will say our hotel room didn’t have enough towels so I had to call down and request but they corrected the issue and provided extra pillows as requested through their text service. ||The “Starbucks” menu had great choices but the worker did not have experience making speciality coffee, he was pleasant and at least tried his best. ||All in all, when we travel back I would rebook, great area!

If I could give this hotel no stars I would! We showed up after reserving a 2 queen bed room, months ago, to find out they gave our room away and they only had king rooms left ( we have two large adults and 2 teenagers). I checked in the day before on the app and called when we were on our way to make sure, since we were a late check in, they knew we were coming. They wanted us to sleep 4 grown humans in a king bed!!! Then they said they would bring 1 roll away but they were out of pillows… oh and it never showed up and they ran out! After trying to ask for another king room so we could get some sleep they said they couldn’t give away someone else’s room…. But they gave away ours!!! We’ve had to stay at this hotel another time for sports and this happened to another family last time!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! Oh and they won’t do anything to help resolve the issue!

Positive: the staff is ALWAYS amazing. So friendly and helpful and kind. That's why I love this place. Not to mention the cleanliness of the hotel is top notch. Negative: No! It's a great place.

This hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff were helpful and kind. I could not believe the great deal I paid for such good quality! My son and I loved the pool because it's spacious, clean and very warm 🙌🏽

Rooms weren’t fully clean. Dust in a lot of places. My first room sprung a leak in the bathroom. Second room was extra dusty in the bathroom and someone’s underwear was attached to the ironing board when I got it out. Overall the hotel is ok, they just need a bit more attention to detail. Also to answer the messages when you text the number their texting system prompts you to message if you need anything.
