NillSo I'm currently staying at this hotel as I'm reviewing this and though everything is absolutely perfect, my time relaxing at the pool was a poor experience. There is a volleyball event going on and multiple groups of girls loaded the pool splashing, diving, throwing each other across the pool, playing volleyball and creating a less than comfortable environment that I felt forced to leave instead of enjoying what we paid for. Other than that the room and the rest of the amenities are wonderful. Security to the rooms is top tier, bed is comfortable, everything was clean.

NillGorgeous, new hotel. Beautifully decorated with fireplaces and wood elements in main lobby area. Front desk staff very friendly. Management kind and quick to respond to this review. Earlier, I had also failed to mention cleaning staff complimentary to me as I left for evening event. Appreciated the comments.

NillI recently had the pleasure of staying at the brand new Courtyard Milwaukee, and I can confidently say I’ve found my go-to hotel in the area! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how beautiful and well-thought-out the design of the hotel is. Every detail has been carefully curated to provide a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Accommodations: The bed was incredibly comfy, and the bedding felt luxurious—perfect for a restful night’s sleep after a long day of travel. I loved the attention to comfort that the hotel showcased. Bathroom Experience: One of the highlights for me was the shower. The shower head offered fantastic pressure and temperature control, making for a refreshing experience that really starts your day off right. Amenities: The gym at Courtyard Milwaukee is nothing short of incredible. It's not your typical hotel gym; it’s spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to maintain your workout routine even while traveling. The beautiful pool area is another standout feature, offering a serene space to unwind. Pet-Friendly Features: As someone who travels with a service dog, I greatly appreciate that the hotel is pet-friendly. They even have a cute little yard specifically for dogs, which is a fantastic touch for those traveling with furry companions. Parking: With temperatures dropping into the negatives outside, the heated parking garage was a game-changer. It’s such a thoughtful touch that made my stay even more comfortable. Service: Lastly, I want to highlight the friendly staff. Everyone I encountered was welcoming and eager to assist, which added to the overall positive experience. In conclusion, if you’re looking for a modern, comfortable, and well-appointed hotel in Milwaukee, I highly recommend Courtyard Milwaukee Brookfield at Poplar creek. I can’t wait for my next visit!

NillOn 12.30.24 I booked two hotel rooms for our family to enjoy the holiday, but unfortunately, our expectations were not met due to several issues encountered during our stay. Prior to reserving our rooms, I specifically mentioned the importance of having access to a restaurant, breakfast, and the bar on New Year's Eve, and I was assured that these amenities would be available. However, upon our arrival, we were informed that the bar and restaurant were closed, leaving us without the services we were promised. The front desk receptionist appeared unprofessional, as she was preoccupied with her phone during our check-in. The suggestion to seek an alternative hotel at 6 pm was frustrating, considering we had made arrangements to stay at your hotel. The explanation provided for the closures was due to insufficient staff and low reservations was even more frustrating, especially given the lack of prior notification. We decided to go buy alcohol beverages from the grocery store, but while touring the hotel we noticed there were alcohol beverage for sale!!! This was extremely upsetting because we should have been told we can purchase alcohol beverages on site so we didnt have to add further inconvenience of going to the store! Especially since I informed them we were going to purchase drinks due to the bar being closed!! When we got to our rooms, the glasses were stained with water marks, and the curtain was hanging off the line. The heat was also not working so I called the front desk and they sent the maintenance guy up. He said he was unable to get my heat to work at full capacity and said there was nothing he could do, but will send someone up in the morning!!! We check out in the morning!! Unreal! The more upsetting part is that the front desk was aware of the heat issue and didn't call up to see if I needed extra blankets etc!! Every year my family enjoys a nice stay at a hotel for new year eve, and this has been the worst experience!!!! I was trying to refrain from posting this review, but I sent an email to the GM and assistant GM and never heard back!

NillThe options in the area for hotels are vast with honestly better options. This hotel is brand new, like currently doing construction brand new. Our expirence started before we arrived. Having taken an early morning flight, we did call the hotel to see if we could check in early. We also have status with Marriott, which has in the past given us the privilege of early check-in/ late check out. We were told that status didn't matter here, and then she hung up. Great start. Once we arrived at the hotel, we weren't greeted by the front desk staff. I was interrupted with "checking in?!?!" Halfway through us saying hello. After some time, we were in our room. The construction/traffic outside was loud enough to hear in the room, along with the housekeeping staff. I know they have jobs to do but they can do it without yelling and swearing at 9am not the best way to wake up to loud vulgarity. Some things here were broken along the way along with cut corners. With the location and brand you'd expect more attention to detail and customer service but it's not here. The only pros here were the location and beds they were comfy. Hopefully in time this location gets better but I'm not sure we will be back to see.

★The hotel is beautiful, but it is dirty. The staff is okay. I paid extra for a room with breakfast, and I went only one day. There were barely any choices, scrambled eggs were burned, there were no to-go cups for coffee, and we had to ask for maple syrup and milk. There were only bananas and granny smith apples for fruit. Bistro had some nice choices, but don't expect it to be freshly made. My soup was microwaved and only lukewarm and turkey BLT straight from the fridge. We won't be staying again.
