Hotel Indigo Madison Downtown, an IHG Hotel

The staff was friendly and helpful. The motel, along with its rooms, were clean and comfortable. The floors and building were very quiet. The restaurant (The Palette) had quality food and ingredients for the price. Bar and restaurant staff were pleasant. I can't think of anything that had a negative impact on our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this location on a business trip. I was immediately taken with how cute the hotel's decor was. Upon checkin, they explained the hotel was in an old paint mill, so the decor was all paint themed. The staff was very friendly and helpful, I especially found the shuttle very convenient and readily available. My hotel room was very clean and quiet with a super comfortable bed. The free coffee in the lobby was great and the food at Palette, the in-house restaurant was very good. I would absolutely stay there again.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, with a great location and staff. The rooms are well designed, even having a holder for an iron when you're want to freshen up your outfit. Never seen anything like it. Dispassionate bartenders downstairs was the only minus, but there's a ton of places to go nearby. I think this is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in the last few years, excellent location, great front desk.

Loved this renovated paint factory! The hotel did a fabulous job paying tribute to the building’s history. There were fun appointments everywhere, recognizing the paint theme. As with other IHG properties, this hotel was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay at the Madison Hotel Indigo again when we pass through town.

Arrived on a Friday evening, check in was quick! Greeted as an IHG Rewards member and thanked for being part of the program. Room was quiet, away from noise and elevators (as requested) and SO COMFORTABLE! Cute little amenities in the room added the perfect touch! In house restaurant was lovely. The food was delicious and the desserts-FANTASTIC! Checkout was quick and easy-again thanked for being a rewards member. Parking was convenient. Overall a perfect stay!

Front-desk staff was very efficient with checking in our large group. I felt well-taken care of and service throughout my stay was high-quality. I liked utilizing room-service and dining staff was accommodating when I needed my breakfast prepared under a time-constraint. The only qualm I have is my room was not sound-proof--I could almost fully hear my neighbor's conversation if I was every by the wall we shared and could easily hear activity in the hallway. Overall, nice stay and I liked their design style, location, and accessibility.

This super-new hotel shines on Madison's near East Side. I love a quiet room at night and this lace did not disappoint with its high cement ceiling and walls. The room and bathroom were quite large. Bonus: the hotel runs a shuttle, and the shuttle route is influenced by the passengers. Our group of 7 was thrilled to be able to travel to campus together rather than having to be split up. Check out the large open area on the other side of the elevators from the lobby! A restful, comfy, and really cool experience. Would stay there again.
