La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Wausau

We had an excellent stay! The entire staff is kind and welcoming. The Front Desk staff were top notch. Our room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was good waffles were yummy, and bacon! You had me at bacon. Bed was comfy. It was quiet overnight and we are glad you are pet friendly. We will definitely stay here again!! Did not use the pool or hot tub as we did not want to leave our dog alone in the room.

Very clean, great coffee,super comfortable bed! Close to a lot of shops and restaurants! The breakfast was quite satisfying. They had fresh cheese, onions, green peppers for the scrambled eggs. The staff was lovely. Next time I’m in the area I will most definitely stay..

Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The service was excellent, the room was clean except for a small amount of debris on the entry floor. The room was also quiet as far as noise from the road. However, the bathtub was extremely slippery and very dangerous as far as we were concerned. The rate was great for us because we were getting a medical discount as One of us had to have a procedure done at the hospital. Also, the food was good for the continental breakfast.

We were in the area to ski at Granite Peak this hotel was a shirt drive from tge hill and plenty of restaurants, etc nearby. Newly renovated the rooms and common areas were very nice and comfortable. We especially liked the pool area and large spa. Breakfast was good. Only complaint we had was noisy guests in the room next to us. However at 1:30 am when we good not sleep Jordan at the front desk contacted the unruly guests and was able to quiet them down. Had we not had the noise problem would give a 5 star rating.

Probably the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in, very accommodating and hospitable as well. Location for ski season cannot be beat it's 5 minutes from the resort. I also want to thank the staff for finding my wedding ring in the laundry and promptly mailing it back to my home. Will stay here again, likely this year!

Unexpected stay due to weather. Hotel was close to the hospital. Front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. My room was at the end of the hall which was nice and quiet. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Would definitely stay again if needed

Close proximity to the ski resort -5min drive. Nice personal, cozy room with nice bed, soft blanket and pillows. Delicious warm breakfast. Just wish the water in the hot tub in the swimming pool was hotter. Overall enjoyed the stay. Thnx.

Our stay was family related and centered on the nearby hospital. The comfort provided by our room and staff plus proximity to the hospital eased a lot of the stress of dealing with this family crisis. We appreciate everything La Quinta had to offer and look forward to future stays at this location
