NillRooms are clean and recently updated, staff was the best, awesome location on the Cody downtown strip. Excellent family restaurant just across the street, morning coffee at the entrance, bottled water complimentary in your room cheerfully replenished. The price was reasonable, definitely made up for the lack of a breakfast buffet.

★★★★★Exceptional service and clean and quiet rooms. Comfortable bedding. If I ever find myself in the area, I would definitely stay here again. Will recommend to try this hotel out. A nice change from busy California. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves for my birthday trip

NillService was outstanding. Very helpful with food recommendation and how to get around. Also some great recommendations for yellowstone area and his to get around some of the road closure. Went out of their way to call after we left to let us know the pass had reopened. Will come back.

★★★Plenty of parking spots in front of the hotel. Good reception. Room was fine with good beds, good a/c, a microwave and refrigerator. Room and bathroom both clean. Only complaint we have is the noise. We could hear every step in the room above us, the television from the room opposite of us and people speaking in the room next of us.

NillVery friendly receptionist. Big, nice, clean rooms. They have complimentary bottles of water in the fridge. Reasonable rates. Great location. The only bad thing was the very thin walls!

NillThis place is an outstanding value. Spacious room with giant TV, leather sofa, and SO MANY TOWELS! Stevie was also very pleasant and the bar/restaurant in the parking lot is fairly nice.

NillI had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. After booking a non-refundable room through hotels.com, a sudden wildfire led to road closures, making it impossible for me to reach the destination. I promptly contacted the hotel via the website to explain the situation and kindly asked if a refund was possible given the circumstances beyond my control. They responded assuring me that a refund would be issued, which was a great relief. I even called the next day to express my gratitude. However, a few weeks passed without any refund appearing on my credit card statement. When I called the hotel again, I was met with rudeness from the manager called Melissa and a firm refusal to honor the promised refund. Seeking assistance, I reached out to hotels.com. Their customer service representative contacted the hotel on my behalf but was also treated poorly. Even after a customer service manager intervened, the manager kept being rude, the hotel remained uncooperative and insisted on sticking to the non-refundable policy, despite their earlier commitment to refund me. This ordeal revealed a severe lack of professionalism and integrity. The hotel’s unwillingness to honor their word and the disrespectful treatment throughout the process were unacceptable. I strongly advise others to be cautious when considering this hotel, as they may not uphold their commitments and could exploit unforeseen circumstances to their advantage. Who else knows what else could they have done for their financial benefit… EDIT: It is the correct hotel… all management did to dismiss this review is reply “wrong hotel”. That shows how much they care about their customers

★★★Clean room. Older property with good location to downtown businesses. Bar with food shares parking lot so very convenient. More of a renovated mom/pop type motel than a holiday Inn style. Was fine for one night. Quite a bit to do in Cody with rodeos nightly.
