NillWe had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The decor of lobby is one of the kind. The location is excellent, close to shops and the rodeo, which made it very practical. There were also plenty of parking spaces available. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast, which could be a bit better. Overall, a very good experience!

NillIt was creepy. When u eat breakfast in the morning there is only a couple places to sit so they tell u to bring it back to your room. When we got there we had just watched the rodeo and it was 11:30 pm so we were tired but they had no elevator so we had to haul or luggage up the stairs.

★★★★★Far exceeded our expectations. Value priced, but was very pleased with the choice. Many African taxidermy mounts in the lobby including full sized rhino, croc, and multiple lions. Rooms were spacious and clean. Powerful shower with very hot water. Nice clean pool area. Beds were nice. Guest laundry machines. Conveniently located near many attractions.

★★★★The rooms are large and clean. The breakfast area is unique as the lobby area is full of African Big Game Taxidermy. Lots of parking space. Close to Walmart. The only complaint I have is that when the fire alarm went off late at night the staff did not have a plan in place and communication with worried guests was nil. Even once the "problem" was over the guests were still uninformed. I worked as a bellman at a Hyatt for three years and we had a plan (every time) and ALL the staff knew it and understood it.

NillWow, such an amazing lobby with all the animals. The staff were very informative and said if we needed help any time, just to come to the front desk and ask. The rooms had a refrigerator/freezer. It's a nice television with all kinds of channels to watch. The beds were big and comfortable. We would highly recommend staying at this inn.

NillThe fire alarm went off at 930pm. They said it just does this. We waited in the lobby to wait for when it was safe and they didn't even announce it was safe to return to our rooms, we all had to ask even though many of us were waiting in the lobby to be told its cleared and safe. And then house keeping kept knocking on our door as if to hurry us out at 7am!! I didn't get the feeling they care about guests. We are just a paycheck to them.

NillAn eclectic hotel. Southwest style outside meets the African tundra in the lobby. The owner’s personal prize room-the lobby is filled with lions, alligators, a rhino and more. Our double room and pool were clean. No hot tub. Great value for the price. ONE SUGGESTION: there are NO allergy friendly breakfast options in the free continental breakfast. It would be great if they could provide gluten & dairy free options.

★★The atmosphere was abysmal. |We were given the "Presidential Suite" what a joke. A dingy room. The bed fell down when we sat on it. The bathroom was small. The shower was tiny. The breakfast was mediocre. The pool didn't work 2 of 3 days that we were there.|We don't recommend it.
