NillWe wanted a room with a door to outside so we could take our dogs out, the door frame was broken like someone had kicked the door in! You literally had to slam it to close and to open it was like an act of god! Long black hair in the bathtub, lock on bathroom door broken! When spoke to the manager they gave me a refund of $4.16 out of $113! Really, $4.16?? Don’t waste your money on this place it’s not worth it

NillWe liked it, having a door to inside and outside was handy. The scenery was beautiful. Breakfast was OK. Service was fine. Was a bunch of mule deer in the lot right behind when we woke up. We would go there again.

NillMy son & I are staying there right now. It's a great location just inside of Cody but not in a congested area. The view from our room is a lake & mountains in the distance, beautiful!! The staff has been SUPER nice & friendly. My car needed repairs & everywhere in town was booked out past our stay. Jody called some people for me & they got me in right away!! The rooms are nice, a little dated but that doesn't bother me. The beds are comfortable & the air is ice cold!! There is an exit door to each room (only opens from the inside tho) where you can bring all your stuff in & park right by your door. That was nice because we had quite a few bags. We even added a night to our stay so we would have more time to see all the things we wanted. Definitely a great place to stay while in Cody!! Yellowstone is just a little over an hour away!

★★★The room was reasonable. Breakfast okay, thought we might eat too much. Bed was comfortable, turned Air-con off a little noisy. Location was good, just outside of Cody. Room had views of the Mountains. This booking was made on the run, as we had not planned on coming to Cody. The Staff were good.

★**** READDDDD*****||The hotel itself is mainstream, could be a great place if more care was put into the place. ||Now lets get to the management, if they are the owners...wrong move, if they just run the place under someone then they need to be outed. ||These people are the nastiest most rude people I have ever met. They claim to be the friendliest people you ever met from "Down South" but will take every opportunity to scam you, belittle you, and just be down right nasty. Entitlement like I have never ever seen. If there is one review I hope everyone sees, its this. YOU ARE BETTER OFF SLEEPING IN YOUR CAR!!!

NillDark and dirty. No cable TV. I was told by staff that all the rooms had the same problem. Also, no phone in the room. Finally, jacuzzi was not working. (no blower motor.). Other motels in the area are about the same price and much better quality. Not family friendly at all. Don't waste your money on this establishment

NillMy stay at the inn was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond, especially when I had to cancel one night due to unexpected changes in my Yellowstone plans. They were incredibly understanding, and their hospitality left a lasting impression. If I ever find myself heading to Yellowstone again, I wouldn't hesitate to book with them. Highly recommended for their excellent service and flexibility! The inn is right on the outskirts of the town and the rooms were well conditioned and spacious. All in all huge thank you to the management for being so hospitable and understanding.
