The Cody Hotel

Great place to stay. Great Staff. Our room had a gas fireplace and the room was so big and comfortable. They also are pet friendly. The hotel also serves breakfast and the lobby has a few extra rooms so family can visit with each other in a quiet setting.

My go-to hotel when I stay in Cody! The staff is incredible and always friendly and super helpful. The rooms are always clean and well-appointed. I'm not too fond of their showheads but that's super minor. The breakfast is above the average hotel buffet. A solid 9 out of 10!

We love this hotel. We live a couple hours away and this is our go to get away for a weekend location. The hotel is always clean. The rooms are amazing. The staff is always so nice and extremely accommodating. We always have a great time when we go!

We were very impressed with the hotel in general. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. The hotel was well and tastefully decorated and staff were excellent. My wife and I had traveled from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, though Yellowstone and all over Wyoming staying in a lot of hotels in Wyoming, Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. The Cody Inn stood above all.

The Cody is a hotel where guest can expect exceptional friendly service. The rooms are large, comfortable and attractive. We experienced a serious medical issue and the staff couldn’t have been more understanding, helpful and did everything to help us. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to couples and families. It is a fantastic hotel to enjoy a vacation.

I looked for the most luxurious hotel in Cody and came up with this. Room was clean, of good size and a comfortable bed and had a refrigerator and balcony for fresh air (but no view, on the 'city side'). Breakfast was simple but fine in a good size very clean room (thank you). A few things to know: the sink is outside the bathroom (hard to be quiet in middle of the night), old TV has many cable channels but no streaming (we purchased a $30 Roku from Walmart across the street which we easily connected), and the staff - some older folks who seemed to not have local knowledge (the ones I spoke with). They were professional, kind and very efficient (these are likely retiree jobs for them). They should've been given more local information - recommended restaurants, where can I buy sandwiches before a trip to park, etc. This is not their fault, they just didn't have the info. It was a beautiful drive to/from YNP to Cody, but one particular mountain pass is not for the scared driver.

I’ve stayed in Cody 1-2x a year for 15 years & this is the only hotel I book when I stay. The decor stays true to the western style with their furnishing and luxe. Lovely, clean, inviting, friendly staff. When you book make sure you search THE Cody , as there is a hotel with a similar name, but not similar accommodations.

Great hotel and service very friendly. Great value, great location to go to Yellowstone. Most of the Hotels in Cody are not dog friendly. not only are they welcoming of pets they did not charge for our little guy.
