Quality Inn Evanston near Wyoming Downs

Our room looked like it had been recently remodeled. It was very clean and nice. Our dog was welcome, for a fee. We were glad to be on the first floor with a door to the parking lot for our dog. The breakfast was good too. The price was a great value and we had everything we needed.

Positive: The Quality Inn hotel in Evanston Wyoming is a favorite stay. The room is always clean, pillows are always fresh, plenty of hot water for showers (very important) and, a great hot breakfast. Oh, and I won't forget the 'always' friendly staff! Negative: The only issue that I can think of is the shower/water valve mechanism. You have to pull the lever out fairly hard which is a bit scary because I feel I will ruin the valve. But otherwise not a problem.

Yeowser on our dog friendly room at Quality in Evanston! Bathroom smelled uiine-y, big holes in the curtains, crooked mirror glued in place and hangers right over the microwave and fridge..can't figure out what sense that made..also had to adjust room temp all night..yes it was only $74 but it was embarrassing!

The front desk girl is so unprofessional she should be cleaning the rooms instead of trusted to rent them out! She'll double charge you then lie and then ransack thru your stuff and is super racist! And when I called to speak to them was refused any help and was yelled at! If I could give this place negative stars I would!

Place was just kinda mediocre in my opinion. Seemed like I had to enter thru the middle doors each time since my "east side" exit doors from upstairs, could not be opened from outside unless propped open. I propped open the two doors from the upstairs when I was unloading and loading my car from the back parking lot. Seen a comment about a worker coming in blaring music..yep. When I was there a month ago for a night, the same guy came blaring in the morning and the night worker found it humorous as he did. Breakfast was alright. Having packaged OJ and Apple juice was a slight turnoff but it's whatever. Rooms were mediocre. I slept on top of the bed. TV was pretty small for the entire room size.

I had a VERY BAD experience staying here .i would not recommend anyone to come stay here..the beds are filthy ..their towels are dirt ..the front desk peole are absolutely rude ..i had aaa card n was supposed to have discount ..but when checked out .they did not honor that .they made mistakes n never wanted to fix .so I was charged full price ..-on top of that..when u call try to speak to manager? GOOD LUCK! Customer service ..was absolutely the WORST! Will never ever want to stay at this place again.! If you don’t want to get ripped off..n be treated like dirt ? Don’t come stay ..here.! Their sheets n toweks still have precious people’s hair .on it .discusting! Worst customer service ever! 😫🥴

Horrible experience. Checked in to room and had no toilet paper, was disgustingly dirty & part of weather stripping missing on door making it easy to see outside as well as easy access for critters. Immediately called front desk and asked to be moved or refunded, was told they were sold out and nothing that they could do. After thinking about what to do we decided we could not stay in those conditions and would rather make the drive back home. Took the keys to the front desk and again tried reasoning with the manager. She said that we already used the room and she would not give us a refund. She was very unprofessional and rude so I asked for the name and number of the regional manager to which she refused and proceeded to call the police for no legit reason. Police told us there was nothing they could do but said the manager said we could stay if we wanted. No thank you !! They advised us to dispute the charges since we did not use the room. Please stay clear of this place.

No hot water, desk said broken pipe. That was a lie because we had water it just wasn't hot, and they said no other rooms reported a problem!They also ran out of the hot breakfast early.
