$88 a night not great but clean quiet and accessible Bad part of town wouldn't give me a break for 2 nights cause I'm a handsome look like I have money white man.

Extremely rude arrogant inconsiderate woman at front desk. Clearly doesn’t know that a service dog with papers can’t be refused. Shut door in face and cursed at me for asking her to even look at papers. Do not use. Saw roaches and garbage all over. Again do not use motel.

This place is actually awesome. I gave 5 stars because of the area size and price , plus comfortable and quiet. We have a nice clean well kept pool. Clean Laundry facility and full kitchens and they even had a few dishes silver ware, plates and a couple cups , frying pan and a pot . I haven't had any issues at all so far so good. The Owners are reasonable and respectful. I am enjoying our stay so far . No bugs and my room is clean and comfortable. . . Good for longer term stays.

This place is messed up. They spy on you when your inside the room. Also when it was time to check out the entire staff comes to your room to comments on the room you stayed in. Almost as if they want you to fight against them. And yes they called the police to kick you out? Even though one was leaving the hotel. Thank u buddy.

I recently stayed at the Broadview motel in Mesa Arizona I thought I was going to be getting divorced it was a really rough time in my life I paid for the first week on a credit card everything went fine that first week I was in talks with my wife and she stated she still needed more time so I came back before my first week was up and paid for another week well the day before my first week was up my wife decided to let me move back in so I went to the office and asked them if they would please refund the next week that I had paid for which I hadn't used any of and they said no I would never stay there again I would never recommend it to friends or family don't waste your time or money

Nice cute little room if just stopping in for a few days. Has a full kitchenette and the kitchen area layout and decor is pretty simple and up to date. All in all a cute room that seems to have all you need for a pretty simple stay. Don't know how the staff is because I have not stayed here myself. Just visited a friend who was staying here.

AWFUL!!!! Don’t waste your time or money. Roaches in room & owners are RUDE & inconsiderate. The lady insisted my card didn’t go through even though the charge showed up on my banking app. After speaking with someone from my back & telling her it was something that needed to be approved on her end she asked us to leave. Went down the street rented a much better room & didn’t have any issues with using my debit card.

First of all I would not recommend this Motel. It has bed bugs roaches spiders tweakers and something else we don't know what it was. It's dirty, the towels look like they came from a dirty garage and when I ask for an extra towel they replied no. They wanted to charge us $20 for the room key because they lost the other one and only had one and we were told not to take the key out the process which is absolutely ridiculous. There's no complimentary breakfast like there is at the other motels in the area. There's no coffee and the soap smells like crayons. There were no full size towels. The shower stall drain slowly so we stood in the pool water. There's a leak under the kitchen sink with a tub catching a water which was full of baby spiders.
