Lovely people. The room was clean and shower great. Owners on site. Breakfast simple & just enough. Spent a few minutes speaking with Maria. There is a lot of history from her family and in the area. This place is well kept and definitely would recommend it. The town of Oneonta is just down the road. Cooperstown about 25 minutes away. I would also like to recommend the restaurant J 's place too if you are in the area.

Decided to stay here based on the reviews and was very pleased! The Innkeeper, Marie, was a pleasure to work with. We had a lovely room that was spotless and nicely decorated. I think it was a bit bigger than most 'chain' hotels. We were even lucky enough to have a little deck out back, which was great. In summer, I'm sure the pool is a fun diversion. The beds and pillows were really comfy, it was nice and quiet and the rate was reasonable. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

What a great find! I have visited Oneonta many times in the past and usually stay at one of the several chain hotels in the area. This visit was "last minute" and all the usual places were booked or exorbitantly priced. I called the inn directly and made a reservation - so quick and easy. When I arrived I was greeted warmly by the owner. It was obvious she takes great pride in the inn's appearance, upkeep and guest satisfaction. The room was SPOTLESS, beautifully kept, with comfortable beds, clean bath, a fridge and microwave. And despite being near the road, it was totally quiet. One of the nicest stays I've had in a long time, and definitely the best value in the Oneonta area. When I return it will be my first choice.

Accommodating, clean and quiet. For the first time post Covid 19 my hotel room was cleaned, the bed was made and clean towels were left. The area was quiet and I had a private back deck with a table and chairs. The price was reasonable and the room was large. I would return.

Stayed twice on 2 different nights on a 3200 mile round trip on my Harley through New England in July. Great rooms, and the lady that is I'm guessing the owner was super nice.

I stayed one night along with a friend. The location was great for me. Just off the main roads in the Area. The property is surprisingly large and well maintained. Best of all the rooms are well furnished and clean. The cost for my he room was less than the other larger chains, very reasonable. I had a noiseless night, no miscellaneous noises waking me up, and to add to a wonderful stay they had good coffee in room drip machine selection.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were soft and nice to the touch. The hosts were gracious and welcoming. The place was relaxing, comfortable and provided easy access to the interstate, Cooperstown, Oneonta, etc.

This family run motel was exceptionally clean and comfortable for the price. The rooms are huge and although a bit dated feel extremely homey and comfortable. The price is much more affordable than staying in Oneonta or Cooperstown. There was a pool, however it’s not heated and it was too cold in July to use it. No worries, we were busy enough. There was also a light breakfast served. We seemed to be the only people eating breakfast and the choices dwindled after 2 days, no big deal. Honestly, this motel was a life saver. We had planned to tent camp but due to weather we were rained out. They offer a self serve washer and dryer that was so helpful after long hikes. Literally located 2 minutes from the Price Chopper grocery store. Highly recommended.
