Very nice and clean. The dressing room was nice and warm which is a great thing especially for women. The pool could have been a little warmer but the hot tub felt great. The employees have always been friendly and helpful. We enjoyed being there.

We had the best time during our stay. The property manager Aaron was wonderful and our unit was perfect. The whole resort property was clean and the views are amazing! We wished the recreation center with the pool and workout room was open but got passes to visit another resorts facilities. Even still I highly recommend staying here. We will be visiting this resort again!

Could be great but just wasn't! We weren't told until after booking that the pool and rec center was closed. They said it was because of covid but almost 2 years later literally every other hotels pools are open. Tried to go to the eagle river inn and use the vouchers provided but their pool was closed too. We brought sleds for the kids to use but they aren't allowed on the golf course so they were useless. We went to Dollar general to buy pillows since only 6 horribly flat ones were provided. The beds are horribly uncomfortable. There's no TV in the bedrooms. And the internet is basically useless. Since the thermostat is in the living room if you have the fireplace on the rest of the house is freezing cold. Basically everything needs a bit of updating

I absolutely loved going here when i had my time share!! The most beautiful winter scenery ever!!! Even though I am a summer person, I find comfort in the woods during the wintertime, with the fire going and a quit, couch, light music and a good book!!! Wish I could go back, health is too bad though...✌❤🌻💔😔

Very clean, affordable, plenty of room for for a family. Could use some updating. Staff very helpful and friendly, lots of wildlife to enjoy, beautiful sunsets!

Great little getaway in the north woods. Plenty of room for a full family. Rowboats and canoes available for use. Right on the Eagle Chain.
