Callahan Lake Resort

A great campground with a nice boat launch, family orientated setting with fun people and a relaxed atmosphere. They have a nice swim beach with a floating swim platform called the Loose Caboose, Kids love it. We love to just stop in to the bar for a quick drink, pizza or snack. Jan is awesome just to sit and talk with. Love it there. Try it out.

Love this place!!! Been going here for over 10 years and it is a nice camp ground to get away to. Great place to make memories and just enjoy the outdoors of beautiful Hayward, Wisconsin. The owner and staff are very nice and helpful. The people at the site (permanent trailers) are awesome and very welcoming. They have updated slips. I look forward to visiting again!!!

Family run resort for many decades. Location is perfect with Callahan and Mud lake access on site.. and Chip flowage nearby. Jan and her family run the resort impeccably and the relationships you build are memorable!

Jan and Rob really make you feel welcome, and part of their family. Cabins are in great shape, and well maintained. I have made this my yearly fishing spot from now on. Couldn't ask for a better resort.

Love the experience. Started going here in 1988, not much has changed. It's like time travel. Great places to walk to for all meals and bait. Fishing are both good and bad days, but the bar and game room are always fun.

I love visiting Callahan Lake Resort! My family and I visit every year for a family camping vacation. Jan and Rob are awesome folks and making sure we are alright. They definitely make us feel welcomed with open arms every year!

Callahan Lake Resort is a wonderful place to bring the family! We are up for Memorial Day weekend and they had a fishing tournament and prize giveaway. The people there are all so caring and fun!

jan and rob are amazing people and put so much effort into this place. i wouldnt want to go anywhere else. absolutely stunning. we have an amazing time here, fishing and swimming, or just walking around. amazing amazing amazing. 10/10
