Nima Regency Homestay Tabo(HP)

I recently stayed at Nima Regency Homestay and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The attention to detail in the decor created a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to local attractions and public transportation. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious homemade breakfast that catered to my dietary preferences. The host went above and beyond to provide local tips and recommendations, which enhanced my stay significantly. Overall, Nima Regency Homestay exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm and personalized stay. I look forward to returning in the future.

The homestay is nice and cozy. The owner Aamir and his mother take care of the property alongside another help. The rooms are well maintained. Hosts are really nice and cordial. Food was also good, not just that, the host went ahead to arrange fasting options too. The only issue is the road to the homestay, however given the hospitality, highly recommended.

We stayed in Nima Homestay, lovely place surrounded by apple orchards. It was peak apple season, had a lots of delicious apples. Our cab driver, who knows the area well, recommended us to stay in here. We arrived at Nima Residency around 6 pm, and the owner, Amir Bhayya, welcomed us warmly. His hospitality was great, although we stayed for a day but the experience was amazing, specially the food was fantastic, making it a wonderful place to stay in Tabo.

Great homestay, with best view of mountains, great service. The owner is an couple they cook food themselves and serve you, tastes like home. It’s completely surrounded by apple trees and there and river near by just 5 min walk away, can take a walk there in the morning.

Very bad experience we had , or better to say the first time in my life..... After long day travel when we reach Tabo , we are not able to locate the homestay , because it was around 8pm and need to trek down from the main road , which is pitch dark , no proper lane and light to reach. It is very difficult for any elderly person. Anyhow, after the effort when we reach alongwith our elderly and female members at the hotel, we were welcomed by the drunken owner asking to remove our shoes at the main gate in that cold evening. When we denied to do so , he pushed us forcefully even to our female members also and asked to leave their premises. Tabo has lot of other good hotels option near monastery and finally we managed at that night decently. I request you all to give a second thought before blindly book this property. It might can happen with anyone, because of that intoxicated insane.

They have changed the name of their home stay, to avoid earlier nagative review. Please search by NIMA REGENCY AND NEEMA REGENCY (PHOTOS ARE SAME). They do not have any proper road to reach. You have to trek on a sloppy road without any light. After evening the road became completely dark, completely impossible to walk, specially if you have any senior citizen, it will impossible. When we reached the owner was drunk and misbehaved with everyone. While protesting they pushed us (with many female travellers with senior citizen) at 8 pm. We searched for a new hotel at midnight. Please avoid.

One of the best home stay experience by far. Owners were welcoming and friendly. The location had it's own senic beauty Food and stay was comfortable and well organized. Stay at property was spick and span. All in all had a good experience.

Nice place to stay. Amazing food and more amazing people. If planning a stay in Tabo, highly recommended. Good service provided with clean rooms, tasty food with great seating arrangement for all. Best homestay to stay for. Worth it and the view from the rooms was also superb.
